Possums Rest B&B is a self contained bedroom attached to our historic villa in College Park. It is ideally suited for guests wishing to explore Adelaide, WOMAD, Cricket and football at Adelaide Oval. A delicious breakfast (catering for dietary requirements) is provided each morning and served in the guest room, or in the beautiful garden adjoining the guest room under a leafy pergola and swimming pool.

Perfect accommodation

Wonderful Place to Stay
Sue was a very gracious and helpful hostess. She went out of her way to help us and treated us like extended family , she was lovely! Her accommodation was very comfortable and the breakfast she provided was excellent .We would recommend her accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Adelaide.

Remarkable Sue
Treated like family. Private quiet and many luxurious aspects. Sue is the ‘hostess with the mostest’ and Bonnie the golden Labrador is such a loveable character who ‘adopted’ us. Lazing in the pool and champers and nibbles on the patio. Heaven. Shshsh. Keep it secret! We want to go back!

Fantastic weekend away
We had an amazing weekend and Sue was just lovely. Sue was caring, loved to share some of her life experiences with us. Breakfast was amazing and we loved sitting outside by the pool and in the garden. While Sue did spend time with us she was very mindful of us wanting some time to ourselves. She was always extremely respectful of that. I will stay there again and would recommend to my friends.

An absolute delight
A cute little apartment located in a beautiful leafy yard at the back of the property. Sue was warm and very accommodating and the apartment was very cozy. I’ll be back!

Perfect hideaway
This B & B was perfect for our stay. Sue is a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming. The garden and pool area are well loved and cared for and Bonnie her Labrador was very friendly. We will return if we visit Adelaide again. Thank you.

Beautiful Bed and Breakfast
What a great spot. Only 2km from town and close to Botanic Gardens. The suburb is so nice and quiet. Sue looked after us cooking us breakfast every day and even prepared a brekky box for us for our trip back home as we were leaving early. Sue is the most wonderful host and we enjoyed our chats with her and Bonnie in the mornings. Thanks Sue for being a wonderful host.

Fantastic experience
Superb in every way. Amazing hosting, beautiful room set in immaculate gardens, breakfasts made to choice. Thoroughly recommend, and I'll be back. However, I was disappointed by having the full 5-night stay cost subtracted by the booking agent from my credit card, well in advance of my stay. This is not on, in my opinion. A deposit,, fine. Full amount? No.

Paradise in College Park S.A.
Sue & Phil have the most magnificent home in College Park South Australia. Their hospitality and lovely gestures were amazing. Had a lovely time in their home. The garden view is excellent and Sue’s breakfast was delightful. Thankyou Sue & Selina and of course Bonnie the Labrador pup. 10/10.

Perfect, cozy, friendly retreat in North Adelaide
Very comfortable place to stay in one of the most beautiful areas in Adelaide. Sue and Phil are fantastic, friendly, generous hosts who will make you feel like you're staying with family. Great walking/cycling paths, parks, gardens and cafes in your immediate area. Barely 20 minutes from airport, close to public transport, easy to get into central city (Sue and Phil will show you where everything is!) Zoo and botanical gardens are both only about 20 minutes walk away! Restaurants and bars of North Adelaide only 20 minutes walk. Gorgeous area full of turn of the century homes. Loved our stay!! We'll be back.

Lovely area, lovely experience
College Park is one of those charming unspoiled inner suburbs that Adelaide excels in, and Sue and Phil's house is a perfect example. So is their hospitality, which in our case went way beyond what anyone could expect. We loved the setting, the brekkies, the conversations and the friendship that grew up. Strongly recommended.
