This charming Kiawah Island vacation rental is a Turtle Cove Villa that features 3 bedrooms, a lovely screened porch, and lagoon views. The villa is only a 5-minute walk to the beach.
When you enter the main living space, you will notice the villa has been updated with hardwood floors, smooth ceilings, and recessed lighting. The living room offers comfortable seating for enjoying conversation or watching the flat screen TV. To the left, you will find the fully equipped, open kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. The breakfast bar offers seating for 3 and the dining area has table with seating for up to 6. Just past the dining area, is an entrance to the screened porch. The spacious screened porch is incredibly peaceful and a wonderful place to relax.
This unit has three bedrooms, each with its own private, en suite bathroom. All bathrooms were recently renovated. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, access to the screened porch, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The final bedroom has two twin beds, flat-screen TV, and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
