A lovely sunny home on a quiet street a short walk from shops, restaurants and the waterfront.
The dishwasher does need replacement though as it only has one cycle that runs for almost 3 hours and the bottom racks are broken and don’t stand up. The host is aware and has indicated it will be fixed.
Location excellent, very quiet street. Spacious clean house with everything you need but one bathroom can be challenging at times. We had a great week and would definitely return.
We had a wonderful 5days at Cottage on Bruce. The house was spotless on arrival and all the facilities are perfect. The street is a perfect location for kids to walk down for a swim at the lake pool or over to the beach pool. We hired boats from Tony at Forster marina just down the road, he was awesome and told us all the best fishing spots.
Comfortable spacious cottage ideal for all family members including the dog.
Easy walking access to cafes, shops and beach.
Well equipped kitchen to easily cook breakfasts or dinners.
Great to have 2 smart TV’s with ability to stream for quite days and movie nights.

Excellent property
This house was perfect. Pet friendly so we were able to take our two dogs away with us which is a bonus for us as they are part of the family. The house was clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed, linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen, some card and board games.
The location was great with a short walk into town or to the lake for a swim. My young children loved being able to leave the car and walk everywhere.
We had the best holiday here, thanks for having us!
The house lived up to it's description and the location is great allowing a short walk into the centre of Forster. So much less hassle to have linen supplied.
We really enjoyed the stay. Pet friendly was a huge draw card for us. The house was very well maintained and clean. Proximity to the lake pool was great although there isn’t a footpath the whole way. As off peak travellers, we would love to see a clothes dryer (or at minimum, an indoor drying rack) at this property. We will be back!
The cottage on Bruce St, is a great place for families to stay. Decent size and the location being near the centre of town is great.
A bit older but the house is clean and has lots of character.
Recommend.
