Lovely getaway!

Wonderful little condo in a quaint community. The property was well maintained, well stocked with kitchen ware and easily accessed. We had one issue while there with the shower, but the owner jumped on it and had it repaired in no time. Would happily stay again!

Santa Fe Bungalow

The property was very much as described. It was comfortable and very clean and was furnished with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Our purpose for visiting Santa Fe was to attend the International Folk Art Market. The location of the property was perfect as it was in easy walking distance of the Market.

Sante Fe Bungalow

The condo was in excellent condition. It was nice and clean. There are little decorating touches that add to the ambiance. Kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has soaps, shampoo, a blow dryer and nice towels. The owners have notes on how to use the patio lights, a key for the laundry room and easy directions for using the WiFi. The TV's are big and nice. Bedroom is very comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets and hangers. There's a fan in the closet as well as an iron if needed.We liked the color scheme and the condo is bright and open.The information we received beforehand was helpful and accurate.

Comfortable Santa Fe Living

This condo is clean, private and quiet and welcomes you home after a busy day. It is easy walking distance to 3 great breakfast/bakeries and we highly recommend The New Baking Company. It is also close to Paper Dosa, a wonderful Indian restaurant. Trader Joe's is also nearby. We also walked to the Railyard District. Off street parking is a plus.We have stayed here twice for 2 weeks each time and would be happy to go back. Thank you for a wonderful time in Santa Fe! Joanne & Bruce

Overclean

As soon as we opened the door to this condo we were hit with an overwhelming smell of disinfectant. I understand that people want to signal a property is clean but this was beyond anything reasonable. We had to open up all the doors and windows to air the place out in order to stay there. The bedroom (much less airflow) still smelled strongly of disinfectant hours later. I slept extremely badly as a result and woke with a bad headache. On top of this all the towels and sheets were equally heavily doused with very strong smelling fabric softener. If you have anyone in your party with any degree of sensitivity to chemicals and perfumes I would be sure to contact the property manager BEFORE your stay and make sure they can modify their approach to "cleaning".

The property was so clean and enjoyed our stay there. They thought of everything! There were snacks in the freezer, coffee pot for reg and Keurig (there were pods and creamer). We brought our small dog and the grassy area was closest to the unit!! Great for us. We would stay with this owner again!!!!!!

Great stay in a good Santa Fe location - Some Issues with the Unit

It was great in all respects except for the following issues which will prevent me from re-booking this unit unless they are resolved: Bedroom: I experienced an allergic response starting the first day in the bedroom. I attributed this to the carpet which was dirty. I sneezed constantly when in the bedroom for 2 weeks. The window drapes also require cleaning. I even had to sleep on the couch a few times. The bedroom linen was clean and of good quality and not the source of the allergens. There was a small vacuum available that I tried to use, but it was totally ineffective. I would have done more cleaning during my 19 day stay if the vacuum was more effective. Also, the bedroom smoke detector battery reached its end of life during the first week. Bathroom: My attempt on taking a shower the first day almost forced me to cancel the booking. Control of the shower temperature was almost impossible until I figured out there was a small arc in the mid-range that allowed hot water. If you were not careful, you could freeze or scald yourself. Since I was 2000 miles from home with no alternative accommodations, I decided to live with it for 19 days. It is obvious that the shower internal faucet cartridge is damaged or worn and needs replacement. A good plumber is needed to replace the cartridge.

Well appointed one bedroom close to city center

The condo is clean and well stocked. The bed is very comfortable. The owners thoughtfully provide guide books and information for Santa Fe area. The condo is a little over a mile from City Center. The kitchen has all that you might need, although no dishwasher/garbage disposal. It is a sweet little place. The owners were VERY responsive when an issue arose with hot water. I would stay there again!
