Welcome to Fox Run Lodge! Excited to host you for your Blue Ridge getaway. Complete with hot tub, fireplace, pool table, and expansive kitchen.

Looking for the perfect spot to take in the tranquility of the North Georgia Mountains with easy access to restaurants and shopping? Fox Run Lodge offers guests an unforgettable stay.

Conveniently located just outside Blue Ridge, Fox Run Lodge is a fully equipped mountain retreat capable of accommodating 10 guests. It has a master king bed in the main level bedroom and the loft holds two more king beds as well as two additional queen beds. All three bathrooms have walk-in showers and a half bath is located off the foyer. Guests can relax in the Fox Run Lodge great room, snuggled up beside the wood burning fireplace or enjoy a meal seasoned with laughter and fun gathered around the dining room table. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cozy nights in!

Covered porches off the main level extend the living space out into the fresh mountain air. Guests can take a dip in the hot tub or kick back with a cup of coffee and look out over the grounds at the sunrise. Fox Run Lodge offers a quaint patio complete with gas log fireplace on the porch as well as the option for a wood burning firepit. The rental also features a fenced-in side yard complete with corn hole boards, large connect four, and croquet. The sunroom off the dining room area holds a shuffleboard and other games. There is also a large game room in the loft area with TV and pool table.

The quaint bustle and attractions of historic downtown Blue Ridge are just a few minutes’ drive from the solitude of Fox Run Lodge's front door, and just a bit farther down the road the more adventurous can try whitewater rafting down the Ocoee River!

Free fun included every day! To enhance the vacation experience, each booking includes Xplorie! This offers guests one free admission or rental every day of their stay to some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer.

Seasonal fireplace use is October 1 – March 31, and during those times 10 sticks of firewood is provided per night guests are here for wood burning fireplaces. If you burn through the wood left out for the interior fireplace you will be responsible for purchasing more. Guests are responsible for purchasing the firewood they use in outdoor fire pits or outdoor fireplaces. Firewood bundles are available for purchase at many local stores and gas stations or you can contact our office to purchase firewood and arrange to have it delivered before your arrival.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $30 per dog apply. Please note: without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $400 and in some cases can be up to $1,000 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owner accepts full responsibility for the dog.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.

Blue Ridge Getaway

The property is at the perfect location, approximately 15 min from Downtown Blue Ridge. The house is spacious and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable as well as a large living room space. I love this property and have stayed here twice already.

Very convenient & beautiful cabin with awesome layout.

This stunning cabin served as our home base as we explored Blue Ridge & beyond for 5 days. Location very convenient, making it easy to explore downtown Blue Ridge, the lake, float/ WWR Tocco & Ocee River. Cabin is VERY spacious & well kept; super pet friendly. Plenty of towels, blankets and we appreciated the variety of quality cooking utensils, huge refrigerator and large gas cooktop. We made great use of the kitchen, grill, fire pit, and pool table.The fire pit & grill were stocked having plenty of wood & propane tanks. Only negative, if seeking seclusion or a quiet mountain experience this cabin isn’t a good fit. The Owners did a great job of making it feel/ look secluded but, it’s not. The physical proximity to other houses & businesses reminds you, you’re not alone. You can clearly hear the neighboring farm/ carriage business anytime you’re outside. There’s a motor-x/ Speedway close so, Fri & Sat. night you’ll be hear the motor-x. Not a huge annoyance (we have teens) but again if you want seclusion, not ideal. You’re aware of the neighbors. Soon as we pulled in we were greeted by the neighbor, telling us not to spin our tires. We explained we just arrived, he apologized & tried to sell us on his carriage ride. The neighbors were kind enough to let us know they’d be shooting off guns, I can see how it would be off putting to some. We didn’t care other than it freaked out our dog. We had a fantastic time, this property met our expectations in every way.

Large , comfortable house

The house is nice and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. It's close to Blue Ridge and not difficult to get to. We enjoyed our weekend get away. A couple of things to keep in mind if renting this house. It has no view of anything. You will need to bring everything for the kitchen (salt & pepper,spices,oil , condiments,plastic wrap,or anything to put leftovers in the fridge Just a regular coffee pot. No Keurig. They turned the heat down to 66 so when we arrived the house was extremely cold. It took the first 24 hrs of turning it up high and a fireplace to get it comfortable. The light switches are odd and a little difficult to work. We had no internet after the first night so no TV. And we couldn't get much of a phone signal. Overall things were ok ,but we could probably get a better place for that amount of money .

The size was wonderful and the property was clean. Loved the proximity to Blue Ridge. Two very small issues … so many flies … we bought flyswatters. The top oven doesn’t reach temperature. But, all in all a lovely stay.

Other than the guy behind the cabin every thing else was perfect

The guy who I guess lived behind the cabin was very disturbing he came up to the cabin twice early in the evening we were outside throwing corn holes he said that we needed to hold the noise down it was like 3 in the evening

Great Family log lodge

Lots of space for family fun in a beautiful lodge decorated home. Nice yard for outdoor games & fun as well as a nice firepit . Master suite is huge and lovely . Loft bedrooms very nice with a great view from a balcony in the 1 room, that has a nice office space Beds are a bit creaky, but were comfy. Be aware it is a log home, so sounds carry easy, if you’re looking for quiet…. Maybe not your choice . Kitchen well equipped and great for cooking & entertaining a crowd . We had 9 there . The grandkids loved all the games. Be sure to check out Daffodill Hill Farm & Carriage next door !!! Great time but need reservations. Easy drive to town. But don’t follow GPS to get to cabin, ( we missed it at first ) it will take you past- and no service back there . Use cabins directions. .

Surprised by the cabin or should I say "Lodge". The online picture didn't it justice. Great location and had tons of fun. Outside patio area was awesome for grilling, hot tub, bonfire or just relaxing. Thanks for a great week!

Retirement celebration

Home was in a beautiful setting and was ideal for our family for spending time together after my husband's retirement. We brought our dogs and I was so pleased to find the fenced in area and that the property was so private and wooded. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great for our needs. Leaky, creaky and unsafe

First time writing a negative review. We booked this cabin for our family trip with our adult children and we made the best of it. Half the bulbs and door locks did not work. There was glass in the grass outside by the fire log area, some unwashed kitchen items, dirty jacuzzi tub on main, broken fan upstairs, old broken dishwasher and outside trashcans missing lids, some with floating trash and half filled with water. The floors and walls had no insulation so we could hear every word and footstep throughout the house. Worst of all, both upstairs showers leaked causing daily waterfalls in the master bedroom and kitchen areas below which was a major safety hazard. We had to use up most of our towels and half the kitchen bowls/pots to retain and clean up the mess. Aside from that, the cabin was pretty and the location was great. Was hoping for some compensation for the troubles and unsafe conditions, but no reply from the rental company after several calls and email with photos.

Beautiful cabin with updates needed

Very Nice, but very deceiving from VBRO photos, needs updating and give exterior space more accurately. The reason I choose this cabin was for the outdoor back yard, which is not what it is from old photos on the VBRO site. Things to be aware of, roof leaks when raining in the game room, half bath downstairs sink leaks, lighting in the master bath very dark and Fireplaces is not operable after March 31. Which was so disappointing in April since it does snow and cold temperatures. This needs to be mention prior to reserving. One annoying thing, guest bedroom fan with balcony needs replace, very noisy.

Perfect weekend getaway

The cabin itself has all you expect and much more. The unexpected games room with shuffle board, foosball table, corn hole and other games was brilliant. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and three other bedrooms upstairs are either side of the pool table. Just a short drive into town for restaurants and shops. Amazing walks ands river side restaurants within a reasonable drive. The open plan ground floor and incredibly large space was perfect for two families. Quick mention of some small issues, the kitchen had dirty used oven trays and pans. I don’t understand why people do that, suggest a quick sort and clean of the pots, pans etc. Also the firewood was almost impossible to burn, our best guess it wasn’t seasoned because it was dry and looked good. We have fire pits and wood burning fires back home, so on this occasion it wasn’t a lack of competence. We will be going back, it was brilliant.

Christmas vacation with the family. Home was perfect for all.

Easy check in process. The property manage called to make sure we were all set as we would be arriving on Christmas Day. Home had everything we could needed for our stay. Great location. Large kitchen and dining room. Plenty of entertainment from the fire pit to hot tub to pool or checkers. The fenced in dog area was a bonus.

Good not great

There are a lot of good things about the property - large rooms, game room, hot tub, etc. There are also a number of items we engaged the property management company that were disappointing. Trash not removed in timely manner, non-working dryer, etc. There is also a 24/7 noise ordnance outside which even includes ‘loud voices’. I will look for another property if we visit the area again.

Overal great place.

We really liked the house. Just location has no any view at all, but no complaint because in pictures was not listed at all also, so we was not expecting. Just one picture was showing hibachi table, so we prepared all ingredients for it but upon arrival was no table lol. Also on back porch sometimes you can smell horses :) (maybe it’s good thing fo some also). But house was roomy, pretty clean. If this property would have a Mountain View or some river in backyard would be unbelievable. But thanks for letting us stay.
