About this property

Spacious, 3rooms, beach: 0.2mile, F.Lauderdale

Modern, Mid-century 3 bedrooms unit on ground floor, all renovated. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Private backyard and patio, central A/C, Florida room, wood floor. Kitchen and bathroom all equipped. 2 queen bed and 1 twin, wifi, satellite tv. Common yard with BBQ, washer/dryer on premises. Beachs chair included as well as 1 parking space. Safe gated complex. Nice park close from beach a few blocks away. Not too far from airport (11 miles). This is a non-smoking unit.

Be aware the bathroom is a Jack and Jill style between two of the three rooms, but for most of our guests, it is not an issue. Please, refer to the layout picture for more details.

All guests must be 23 years old or older or accompanied by their parents.
All adults guests will have to send a Pictured ID

Despite our meticulous cleaning practices & our pest control company’s best efforts, bugs & critters are part of life in Florida, sub-Tropical climate. Mosquitos, ants, cockroaches & lizards like to find their way inside. If this alarms you to point of scared to death, please do not book. If you are seeing them regularly, please let us know so we can arrange to have another treatment done but we will not reimburse you. If you find one dead, it means our treatment is working.

Great place

Family beach trip

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well maintained. The unit does not have a washer or dryer inside the space. The coin operated machines are close. The beds need to be updated for comfort. The above comments in no way lowered our rating of the property. We would rent it again.

Very convenient

The location is in a great spot and very convenient to the beach and restaurants. The only issue were the beds. The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable, but this did not take away from everything else that we liked about the location. Would definitely utilize this place again in the future!

Good location, very clean, hard beds, weird bathroom position

This is a very clean place. Good location. Walking distance to a few very nice restaurants (Shooters and Maestro) Walgreens, 7/11. Beach access is 2 blocks from the apartment. Owners are very responsive and were nice to let us check out late. Very nice kitchen and bathroom. Owner provided with all necessary beach equipment and towels. Cons: beds are very hard and definitely need new mattresses or at least pillow tops. Pillows on the couch have bleach stains and need to be replaced. Dining room furniture, chairs specifically, needs upgrade. Bathroom is located between two bedrooms, you can’t enter it without going through one of the bedrooms, which is inconvenient. There is a unit above and you can hear tenants upstairs, but if you spending majority of the day on the beach, it’s not a big deal. Over all was a very good and clean place, outside of hard beds and bathroom access.

Beware

We had a HORRIBLE stay. The property manager or owner (not sure which one she was) lives on the property. She was so incredibly rude from the start. We had a couple guest too many and we fixed the issue, HOWEVER, she continued being insanely hateful to us. She kept watching us and told us we were not allowed any visitors. The room had plenty of room to accommodate our family, but we booked another VRBO to please the host. My issue was with how we were treated. The place is nothing special in general. Not a nice part of Fort Lauderdale. We booked a VRBO at the Atlantic and were blown away with how nice it was there and on that side of the beach. The host at this condo ruined our vacation for the most part. If I could give them a 0 I would.

Fort Lauderdale

Very clean and great location to the beach, easy to walk to the beach for my small children. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The only minor problem was we could hear every step the occupant upstairs took but there’s nothing that could be done about that. Overall excellent property and location and would stay there again.

Home away from home

The property looked just like the pictures and very clean, a great experience for my first time booking thru here. The communication btw the property owner was good with all questions answered. No complaints here, I would definitely book again.

Safe Convenient Location

My husband and I stayed here on a business trip. The unit sleeps 5-6 but would not be ideal for showering if other couples had stayed with us. There wasn't enough lounge area for more than 3-4 people. If our 2 kids came with us, it would have been fine. The space was perfect for two people and the kitchen and bathrooms had extras-which is always appreciated. We walked to a Mediterranean restaurant that was delicious as well as Shooters - it was "good". There were plenty of convenient stores and the beach was 2-3 blocks around the corner. Very nice. There is a unit above us and we could hear every step they took all-night-long. Not ideal for light sleepers. Overall clean, nice place and easy to communicate with the owner/host.

Very clean, convenient property.

On the positive side, the property is very close to the beach. It is a short walk and the property has everything you would need for the beach – chairs, umbrellas and a few kids toys. The property is very clean. This property had a few disappointments. The listing shows a washer and dryer as an amenity, but it is outside and around the back of the building, is shared, and costs extra (bring change). Additionally, the back patio is not private, as guests walk through the yard to get to the washer and dryer, and you can consistently hear the people above you walking-its not very sound insulated. Kitchen was missing a few common things, like a cutting board. Finally, the parking is a challenge, as you have to back out onto a pretty busy street. Some may be comfortable with this, but we found it challenging at times. Overall the property is good, but has pluses and minuses.

Great Location !!

Adorable 3 Bedroom was perfect for us. The 5 of us made it work with just one Bathroom. Had everything we needed, close to Beach, Restaurants, Shopping. We used Lyft as it was much cheaper than Uber to take us around town. I would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was other tenants were up at crack of dawn on their patio, I'm sure enjoying coffee and view. But was a little too early to be woken up lol (6:30am) But loved the apartment overall . We loved our stay! Very nice place!

We enjoyed our stay! It is part of a 8 unit complex and everything is kept up. The only thing we wished is that it had an extra bathroom, but we made it work. It is close, but yet far enough from the main strip on Ocean Blvd.(less than 5 minute drive to main strip), so you don't have to deal with too much noise or foot traffic. The unit has a full kitchen, fridge and dining area if you don't want to eat out every meal. Also a bbq and laundry area just steps outside. Cable has limited channels, but we didn't come to watch TV. There are 3 rooms (2 with a queen bed and 1 with a twin plus a sofa bed in living room).This is an annual trip (4th year) and we will definitely book it again next year. Thanks Nathalie!
