Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway less than 10 minutes from the resorts, the Retreat at Jordanelle is a charming community with luxurious vacation spots. Close enough to be Convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is Perfect for a Getaway any time of Year! With 5 bedrooms (2 Masters), 4.5 baths and over 3100 square feet, it sleeps 12-16 people perfectly.
The spacious main level features a gorgeous, thoughtfully-appointed living room with plenty of seating on a gorgeous U-shaped sectional positioned around a cozy stone gas fireplace. There’s also a 65” HD Smart TV with a soundbar, a foosball table and ceiling fan.
By the living room, the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen makes eating in a breeze. With stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops, you’ll feel right at home cooking or baking for your friends or family. There’s a regular coffee pot, a blender, crock-pot, instapot, toaster, waffle iron, cookie sheets, baking pans, pots/pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils. There’s also a dining room table with seating for six that can open up to accommodate more guests, and additional seating for four at the counter-top. The gas BBQ is on the balcony just off the kitchen.
On the main level of the home is a spacious master suite with a comfortable King bed, a 50” HD Smart TV and a large walk-in closet. This room has an en suite bathroom that boasts a dual vanity and a large, bright 2-head walk-in tile shower with a window.
Upstairs, you’ll find a large loft with plenty of seating and space, as well as an electric keyboard, and a gaming table with over 400 classic games! There are also board games, puzzles, books, and a selection of DVDs.
The 2nd master suite is also on the top level. With a CA King-sized bed, 50” HD Smart TV, and an en suite full bathroom with a tub and shower combo, relaxing after a full day in Park City has never been easier.
The top floor also features two additional bedrooms. One with a King-sized bed and one with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed, both with a 50” HD Smart TV. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The lowest level of the home has the 5th bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is a Twin-Over-Full Bunk Bed, a sleeper sofa and a 42” HD TV with Roku. Here, you will find the walk-out to the lower level patio with a private hot tub and fire pit with Adirondack chairs. It’s the perfect place to relax after a long day of fun.
The home has FREE high-speed wi-fi, a Wii gaming system, full heat, central air conditioning, a laundry room with a full-sized high-capacity HE washer and dryer, iron/ironing board and 3 portable humidifiers. There is also one Queen air mattress for additional sleeping.
This home includes garage parking for 2 small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.
Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.
Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and waste bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees Nightly: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) | Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $100.
