Family friendly central cottage

This property is in the most central location you could possibly want. Located only 50 meters away from the main shopping center.
Walk to the Golf, Bowling RSL and Workers clubs as well as the many restaurants and Pubs.
You have three Queen bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge room.
The bath room is family friendly with a bath for the kiddos or those of us that like to have a soak.
Large laundry with washer and dryer and room to store all those suit cases and bags to keep you room free of clutter.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar with 3 stools and a dining table with room for 6 diners.
The home is furnished with a mix of new and vintage pieces giving it a beautiful homely feeling you will feel at home in.
The property has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the kitchen dining area and an additional gas heater in the lounge room.

There is off street parking and a small enclosed yard.

Ideal location
A great little property, ideally located close to the main street and local clubs, shopping centre and train station. Plenty of room for the family and the house was clean and the provided amenities were good. The only issue we had was accessing the off street parking because cars would angle park across the driveway.

The cottage was an ideal base for our trip to Goulburn. It is a very comfortable and well presented home. It is only a short walk to the cafes and restaurants with a supermarket in close proximity.

We spent two nights here while visiting some family. Myself my husband and my mum. We all found the home to be warm, cosy and a fantastic location right in town. The communication from Tracy was excellent. All the linen, furniture and beds were of high quality and the attention to detail was excellent. The Friday night was a little noisy with the tow trucks from the place next door but Saturday was lovely and quiet and overall did not put us off staying here again. A cute place to stay if you’re visiting Goulburn!

Christmas in Goulburn
We wanted to be able to spend time with our father (currently in aged care in Goulburn). This house enabled us all to do that without the stress of having to worry about whether there would be anywhere open for us to eat. Beds were comfortable. As others have commented it can get warm at night - we are a family who take fans with us whenever we can - they were needed.
