This hand-hewn log cabin provides the perfect base for spending your days exploring then heading back to the cabin for a little peace and tranquility.

This comfortable two-level home means there’s plenty of space for family time but also somewhere to escape for a little peace and quiet.

Everyone will love their accommodations in one of the 3 bedrooms. Cub Creek offers two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom plus a loft with 2 sets of twin bunk beds.

The unique fenced in yard provides a safe space for your family to enjoy outside. Let the kids play on the playground while the adults relax in the hot tub or at night you can gather the family around the fire pit for smores.

Whether you are preparing a family feast or just a snack, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up the perfect meal and the BBQ/Grill and picnic table means outdoor cooking and eating can also be on the menu.

Great Stay

Our family came in to stay for a week. The cabin was exactly as described. Our kids loved the game room, hot tub, and the outside play area. The cabin is perfectly located, so you do not have to go far to find something to do. We had a blast. The time went by way too fast! We were not ready to leave but look forward to coming back soon!

Family visit to the area

Property was adequate. Was not cleaned before our stay which we found gross. Floors had not been cleaned in some time, cob webs and candy from previous guests about. Air hockey table broken, theatre room dvd function inop. For what we paid we expected more.

Amazing Rental and Host

By far the best cabin experience we have ever had. Not because anything was wrong with the other ones over the years, but Shelley and her home is AH-MAZ-ING!!! We walked in the door and found a bible on the table with a message to her guests. "I prayed for your safe travels, i pray for your trip" there is more, but you will have to book it to read the rest. 🙂 We as christians sometimes get looked down on or ridiculed and Shelley BOLDY lets you know where her heart is!!! The cabin itself is beautiful, comfortable, and felt like home. The beds were great, the space was wonderful, and the game room, movie room and outside area were nothing short of excitement for everyone! My son had only one complaint, and it was he wished there was a pool table. Lol that is only because he loves to play pool, and expects it now every time we go. I will tell everyone who our paths cross, that Shelley is wonderful!! I have texted with her before the stay and throughout and she was quick to respond and so helpful!! This will be one to remember, and also one we will book again! THANK YOU SHELLEY FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS! play area was

We had a very nice stay here! I would stay again. Linens were clean and crisp. theater room was very nice. game room was pleasing to my grandchildren. We just had a very nice time here.

Nice playground

The best part of this property was the fenced side yard with a playground. My grandkids loved it, and we ate a couple of meals cooked on the grill. It was also close to town, which was handy. Having said that, the inside of the cabin was in need of a deep cleaning. I have stayed in numerous rentals, but have never stayed anywhere as unkept. The counter and table had food stuck to them to the point I had to scrub to remove it. The floor was so dirty that the top of my youngest grandson's feet and shins were black within five minutes of being in the cabin. Cobwebs we're in every corner and rafter. The theater room had enough food under the seats to feed several people. I can't imagine how that much food was was overlooked in the cleaning process. It was so dirty that we considered forfeiting our money and getting a hotel, but we could not find enough rooms for our family. To charge a "cleaning fee" and rent a cabin that filthy is shameful. I ended up spending a large portion of my time at this cabin cleaning. There is also an addition with a theater room and bathroom that is unheated and gets pretty chilly if the bathroom door is closed. You also have to download a special app to check into this cabin which felt intrusive.

Super Comfortable for a Big Family

Awesome cabin

This was our first family trip to Tennessee and it did not disappoint! We took advantage of the free tickets offered which was awesome! Everyone enjoyed the game room and my kids aged 9 and 12 loved the theater room! Absolutely loved the location and the privacy it offered being located on a small lane off the road. I loved listening to the creek just across from the cabin. Close to all the local attractions! Since we had a 1 year old with us we really appreciated the simple drive to and from the main strip in Pigeon Forge allowing us to spend half the day out and about, come home for a nap then head back out for the evening! We also loved the fenced yard and having fires at night! We truly loved our stay here. I would 100% recommend to others and hope to return someday!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful cabin, pretty good beds, cooking pot and pans could use an update. The ones there were scratched up and the skillet was unusable. The oven was heavily used as well. Mid week it rained, the roof leaked over the couch and in the theater room.

Perfect for families!

We had 4 generations from 3 to 74, 10 total stay for a week and it was nearly perfect. Secluded but not far from the parkway, something for everyone for times we just wanted to hang out. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The host was helpful with the initial web site access. The process to redeem the free tickets was easy, once you call the contact. We used the same contact to purchase all of our tickets to Dollywood. This was our first trip to the area, we didn’t realize that there’s a lot of attractions. We were there for 2 nights. We used the hot tub, played in the game room, watched movies in the theater, and cooked breakfast and dinner meals. Our 8 year old loved the theater, games and bunk beds. The 30+ adults, enjoyed the games as well. The 20+ enjoyed the Wi-Fi. The playground was cool, but we didn’t get a chance to use it due to our schedule. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep. I didn’t have trouble finding the turn as some of the reviews had noted. I slept downstairs and would agree the bed was a bit firmer than I like. I heard from the other that’s slept upstairs the bed was super comfortable. Overall, I give this unit a high rating for access, host support, kitchen equipment, games, theater, hot tub and playground. I also love the cute stream running along the access road.

Troop's last Trip

We really enjoyed the property and all it had to offer. The youth enjoyed the game room, movie room, fire pit and especially the hot tub. The only thing I would say is that more information needed to be explained about the supplies in the kitchen. It would have been helpful about the minimum supplies available. The large fry pan needs to be replaced and scrubbing pads would have been helpful.

Super fun ,cute, getaway

Everything was great, the driveway is a bit hidden the 1st time you go once you know where to go it’s no issue.. The house had enough stuff to keep the kids and adult’s entertained. It’s close to everything without being right in the middle of the chaos. Would recommend!

Fantastic cabin for families

The cabin has something for all ages. The owner was great with contact. The game room was a highlight for everyone. The space was great for our group and met the needs our traveling group had. The property has features outside that would be wonderful when the weather allows. Please note: the turn for the cabin is very quick and gps does not pick this up. That can be difficult especially arriving at night. Would recommend this for anyone who would like to spend time with family

Family Christmas

Everything was absolutely perfect! We were enjoying the beautiful cabin so much, that we almost didn’t want to get out and explore. We did enjoy the free tickets and used them for Dollywood and snow tubing! My 6 small grandchildren loved the game room, theater and bunk room. We all took advantage of the hot tub. It was the perfect Christmas experience!
