Very nice
Looking for a place where my 22 year old son could stay while completing an internship in L.A. The property fit the bill. It was clean, quiet and private. Had all the amenities that we required. The owner (Michael) was amiable and helpful. The neighborhood is in a great location, and seems safely walkable.

THE BEST place in LA!
This loft is a real gem in one of the best locations in LA, near everywhere and in a gorgeous neighborhood. The loft has everything you need and more, and if something is missing Michael will help you ASAP. The bed is extremely comfort like everything else in the house (I never slept so well). Here you will feel like George Clooney drinking his Nespresso in his fancy house. But not only the place is amazing. The host, Michael, is just a great man: Friendly, responsible, resolutive and a good person. I moved to LA from Spain and he was VERY helpful to me. I stayed for a month here until I could find a permanent apartment but I would like to be this one my permanent place. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing location and property
You couldn’t ask for a better location in Los Angeles. The property is very private and well appointed. We stayed 2 months and were very happy with everything! Thank you Michael for a great stay!

spacious loft
Property description was accurate. Loft meaning no continuous wall between bedroom and kitchen area. Great for 1 couple or a single person. Apartment is well stocked with kitchenware, wifi was speedy. Property manager was prompt to respond to request of removing spider webs from ceiling and black mildew around bathtub edges. Great location, quiet, except for party next door one night, and consutruction on front house each morning beginning at 7am. Our stay was for 2 weeks.

Beautiful Property! Wonderful host.
Rented this place for my parents that were in town for a week and it was the perfect space for them. Very conveniently located near many shops, museums, and restaurants; beautifully appointed and equipped with all the necessities (and parking which was a huge plus). Michael (the host) was extremely kind, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. I’d highly recommend the place and will be keeping this property bookmarked for our future out of town guest-stays :)

Fantastic rental with excellent costumer service
This place has it all. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. Friendly neighbors, comfortable bed, plush towels and linens.. Great location. I really enjoyed staying here.. Only issue is permit parking but the neighbor even offered to let me park in his spot if I needed to leave my car for more than two hours.

Very nice & comfortable
It is close to the Grove, roughly a little over a mile. Location was very good. It has a gated driveway so you are secure, even though you park on the street which was never a big deal finding a spot to park. Has internet issues, and the owners assistant was very helpful in getting it fixed. To me it was more an AT&T issue then the owners issue. His assistant was very responsive. Really nice place for the price, Quiet neighborhood street but still close to most anything. Loved the shower, it had a lot of water power. Lots of kitchen accessories.

Perfect Place
We loved the home, location, and attention. Great location for walking to The Grove and short drive to all the places we wanted to go. My son and two of his friends popped through one night while traveling cross country ... the host was most accommodating. The place was beautiful, inviting, wonderful bed/bedding, awesome kitchen. Will stay there again and would recommend to anybody!!!

Honest people to deal with!

Enjoyed our stay
The place was centrally located near LACMA, the interior was clean and inviting, the king size bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would be willing to stay again in the future. Wifi was really spotty but they said they were going to upgrade it soon. We were told that parking was on the street but they ended up giving us a spot inside the gate, which was a life saver since weekdays have 2 hour parking limits. Mike, the owner, was really on top of it and was excellent at responding to us quickly.

We highly recommend this unit!
My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved everything about it; the location, the cleanliness, the decorating, the amenities, the host. As a tourist, its location is perfect as it's about equal distance from all the popular sites and things to do. I'd highly recommend this approximately 900 sq foot unit to anyone traveling to this area!

Wonderful home away from home.....
I went to celebrate my wedding anniversary and we were all but stunned with the property. It was very clean, fully equipped,and well maintained and the owners were GREAT the duration of our stay attending to any needs we had. Instructive hostess, no parking
Property owner repeatedly insisted on entering the premises during our stay while we were home and while we were not home. Apartment is much smaller than it looks in the pictures but it is very pretty. There absolutely NO PARKING and the owner neglected to warn me about street sweeping even though she could clearly see where i was parked through her kitchen window.
