The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via Park City’s free transit system.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, Snow Flower #107, is located on the first floor of building III. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.
The kitchen and living area offer an open floorplan with clean furnishings, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The breakfast bar has seating for two, and bistro-style dining table seats six. The living area has a large, flat screen tv and a modern, woodburning fireplace and comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, to relax after a long day on the mountain. The private balcony offers a space for enjoying morning coffee or après libations from the privacy of your condo.
The main bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, large flat screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a bath/shower combination. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds that can be made as a king with at least 24 hours advanced notice. The guest bathroom offers a soaking tub to rest those tired muscles.
Condo amenities include comfortable duvets, a fabulous balcony, a wood burning fireplace, a wall safe, and a wall-mounted hairdryer in each bathroom. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes. For warm weather use, tennis and pickleball courts are a few steps from the building’s front door.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
