The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system.

Snow Flower #154 is a two-bedroom condo with a loft and two-bathrooms, located on the third floor of building IV, and access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

Enjoy preparing a meal with the well-equipped kitchen that includes solid oak cabinets and stainless-steel appliances while enjoying the company of your friends and family in the open-concept space. The dining table has seating for six with additional seating at the breakfast bar for two.

Reminisce about your day on the slopes while relaxing around the wood-burning fireplace in the living room or enjoy your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. Through the sliding glass doors access the private balcony which is perfect for après ski in the fresh mountain air. The couch adds additional sleeping arrangements with a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The main suite, located on the first floor of the condo, features a luxurious king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an abundance of natural light overlooking a grove of Aspen trees. The en suite bathroom features oak cabinets, and a beautiful walk-in shower with tile surround.

The second bedroom, also located on the first floor of the condo, includes a comfortable queen-sized bed. The shared guest bathroom features a large soaking tub and shower combination with tile surround.

The loft is perfect for the kids and includes a lovely wrought iron full-sized bed, a bunk bed, a twin trundle bed, and two ceiling fans.

For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, two TVs, a wall safe, hairdryers in both bathrooms, and ceiling fans. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
