Great for Girls Trip

This was a super place to stay in terms of awesome location and great price. Convenient to park and uber or drive yourself around. Me and my friends loved it!

Very nice and great location

I'm originally from Nashville and this location was perfectly situated in "new" Nashville. I was able to get around and avoid the horrible traffic of Nashville very easily. Parking was great. The apartment was clean and I had zero issues at all! Will definitely look into this location for future visits!

Spacious unit with lots of room

The walk-in shower is so nice. Everything was neat and clean and having the full size washer/dryer was appreciated. The only thing I thought would be nice to add is blackout curtains. We really enjoyed our stay.

Efficient Studio

The space was comfortable. The wifi was really bad and kept dropping, making my work trip slightly more frustrating. There were also issues with cleanliness (food on the trays, mold in the coffeemaker, dirty dishes in the machine). Very comfortable bed and the washer and dryer in unit were nice.

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay. The place was set up nice and comfortable. Only issue I had though was the Wi-Fi, but overall was a nice play and I would definitely stay again.

A/C issues

So this location did not end up being the location we stayed at. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was appreciated. However when we arrived it just felt very humid in the apartment. We followed all instruction given on how to operate the a/c still had no luck. Contacted the host. Host was very responsive said they contacted the a/c company and they will be out on the next available. Asked when their next available was got no response. Let them know that our bedding felt wet from the humidity and response was so sorry very frustrating. Maybe tomorrow the a/c will caught up because it will be cooler. Never happened. Unfortunately, it was very miserable sleeping had to get up and take cold showers just to cool off. Maybe they will fix the a/c

Extremely clean and quite neighborhood. Walk to Starbucks. Short drive to Soda Pop shop which I highly recommend. 2 miles to Broadway. Would definitely stay here again!

Bad parking & not walkable

The condo was nice and clean. The bed is firm. The bathroom is spacious. The location is in an up & coming area with a lot of construction. I would not consider it a safe area to walk. 2 sets of train tracks plus a fire house nearby, not quiet. Plus you hear all the foot steps in the unit above! The biggest problem I had is the parking! We rented here because it stated parking included in a secured lot. When we received the check in info, it stated use spot 16 but if someone is in it to use any other non reserved spot or street parking. If parking is included, why would someone be in it? Well, the space was taken the entire weekend and the lot only had 1 other non reserved space which was also taken. That left street parking and like I mentioned, it was not a great neighborhood. This was false advertisement! I would not have rented if I knew the secured parking was only a possibility.

Nice, clean and easy to use studio. Would recommend for a business trip.

I appreciate the quantity of towels and cleanliness of the unit. The property manager was very responsive and left clear instructions for use of the unit. However, it was a bit difficult to locate the upon arrival.

Perfect for the two of us. All the amenities we needed. Clean, bed wash very comfortable and washer and dryer came in handy. Great launching point for activities (Lynchburg, Mammoth Caves and of course Broadway) Only request would be more hangers.

Great place to stay for a couple of friends or a couple!

The room was super clean and comfy. Perfect for me and my friend during our four day stay in nashville. Super close to downtown and easy for Ubers and Lyfts to find. We never ran out of things to do nearby!
