Comfortable 2 bedroom w/loft, 3 bathroom; sleeps up to 8 and walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, flat screen TV, VCR, stereo, and a fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a TV and a private bath. The loft has 2 twins and the living room has a sofa sleeper. The unit offers wireless internet access. The complex offers outside parking, complimentary laundry facilities. Located near the blue shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is the best part of this property. The Canyon Lodge is walking distance. The only negative issue I have with this property is that the downstairs bedrooms tend to be on the dark side, without the best lamps in the rooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great trip to Mammoth and this unit was exacty what we were expecting. The rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for all of the kids. The onsite Jacuzzi was a plus and we also got to use the clubhouse amenities. It was difficult to regulate the heat. Also, the laundry was out of service on our trip.

Cannot recommend - choose another place

Issues: Safety & maintenance issues - deadbolt broken and locked us in the unit. Dishwasher didn't work. All lights unplugged on arrival making it difficult to navigate. Carpet badly needs cleaning. Drywall needs repair and painting. What was good? Large unit with clean bathrooms and beds.

Property was clean, but could use a little updating. Also some of the rooms could use some additional lighting as they were pretty dark. Overall though, the location was great, parking was easy and I would stay again.

Dated but Adequate in a Great Location for Bike Park

This adequate condo is showing it’s age, but is spacious and comfy. Window blinds are tattered, walls have some gouges here and there, microwave is ancient. Minor niggles, really, especially for bike park riders. You’re right below Chair 16, and the ride to the village is all downhill. There’s a jacuzzi (too much chlorine, so leave the door open and jets off).

Okay but needs maintenance and a good cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place needs some work and deep cleaning. Seeing the weeds and trash outside the complex gave us an indication of what it would be like inside - marginally kept up. The bathroom floors needed cleaning, as well as some of pots and pans in the kitchen. Tile was missing from the shower surround and the walls were patched but left unpainted. The carpet had soil spots. I won’t be staying there again.

Each of the two bedrooms had a bathroom and upstairs there was a full bathroom as well for the person who stayed in the loft 3 stories in total. The beds were comfy, the unit was stocked with household items like plates and glass ware. This unit is right next to the jacuzzi. Very spacious and very comfortable

Reviewer Comments: Comfortable lodge, walking distance to slopes, but also with shuttle stop just across Canyon Blvd. Kitchen packed with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Just remember to bring a dish sponge and paper towels. Decor is dated but comfortable. Firewood and firestarter was provided for 2 nights, just be sure to bring a lighter or matches.

Good value read all the review

Overall this property was nice. Plenty of sleeping space as advertised. Very comfortable and stocked with the necessities but we had mice in the unit .Lots of windows to let in cross breeze We saw mice both days. . No bad odor or signs of nesting but it led us to read the reviews afterwards and discovered this was not the first time. We would stay here again because it wasn't a big deal to us and the price was good. Everything worked. . But we want others to know because it could be a deal breaker for some.

August 2020 Stay

I am writing to you to let you know about my recent experience at your rental property. I did not have a positive experience during my stay. The house seemed to be infested with mice. I am not sure if your staff is aware and rented the property without caring. The whole stay was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I tried to find another rental place or hotel but they were above my budget. The scratching and squeaking happened in the middle of the night while my family and I were trying to sleep. This is completely unprofessional and unsanitary. My family and I expected to find comfort and quietness but it was not the case. I hope to receive an answer from your staff and remediate my concern. I will definitely not use your company again for future stays. Your rental property was not clean at all. I would give it a zero. I contacted your rental company and until now I have not received a response.
