The second bedroom features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom as well. The loft upstairs is perfect for the kids with a comfy couch to hang out on that also turns into a Queen sleeper sofabed, flatscreen TV, foosball table, bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Double on the bottom, and a Twin trundle bed underneath. This home has a 1-car garage and driveway that can accommodate 1 vehicles, with additional guest parking across the street. The Lodges at Snowcreek is one of the most sought after communities in Mammoth and without a doubt the best place for your dream mountain retreat. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Perfect!

Spacious, clean and was perfect for our family of three. We enjoy the extra space while on vacation, but the house could certainly accommodate larger groups. Teenage daughter loved the loft and having her own space. Kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed from pans, utensils, etc. Not an issue for us, but if you have a larger SUV (i.e., Tahoe, Expedition, etc.) it may not fit in the one car garage. We have a 4Runner and it fit perfectly. The townhouse is connected to two others which also use the shared driveway to get to their garages. This was a non-issue for us, but if you have more than one vehicle and/or you’re unable to fit in the garage, there is no parking in the driveway, however there are additional spaces just across the way (literally 15 ft.). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for making it a process seamless.

Very comfortable Home Away From Home

We have stayed in SnowCreek for many many years and this is one of the best. During our vacation, there was a lot of snow (3-4 feet) they really need to have a snow shovel so we could get the car out of the garage.

It was spacious enough for all of us to have our own space and cozy enough for us to enjoy each other’s company. Hardwood on the main floor made it convenient for our dogs. We did use a gate to prevent them from going upstairs to the loft which was carpeted. It is a one car garage but there was plenty of parking right across the way for our second vehicle.

Great family place!

We had a great stay. House was perfect for our family of 5. We parked in guest parking because garage had mtn bikes in it and there was not room for our SUV. It was right across the street so it was super easy. Great neighborhood!

Nice place and great location

Great location and property. This is one of several places in the Snowcreek Lodges complex. Tons of room inside and out. Really quiet area and just a quick couple miles to the center of town. We wish the furniture was a bit nicer as the sectional sofas kind of fall apart and separate quickly when used. Dining chairs and table are pretty lightweight, too, which feels a bit cheap. Looks great in photos but would make a world of difference if there was more art on the walls and the furniture was more on par with an otherwise sturdy and impressive property. It has a bit of a "rushed to make this a short term rental" vibe as a result. On the plus side: The management team is great. Very quick response when we had issues on day one. (Doors wouldn't close and lights flickering, etc.) I bet if this particular unit had some simple cosmetic upgrades and tweaks, it'd be spectacular.

There were several chipped glasses and plates, the dishwasher did not work well, the tv in the master bedroom did not work, there was no tv in the 2nd bedroom, the tv in the living room was tiny by today's standards and did not offer Netflix or anything else. Dresser drawer was missing handle. Rug was stained. For this price it should have been up to par.

Tidy and spacious

This property was very well kept and spacious. Checking in was easy, as was checking out. The rooms were also very cozy and beds comfortable. The only issue we had was that the oven wasn’t working and we had to get a technician to troubleshoot, but in the end we didn’t have a working oven. This wasn’t a big deal though, things like this happen. I love the community and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Thanksgiving holiday

There were not enough kitchen tools, and the Teflon pans were really scuffed up. The oven is very temperamental —would just turn itself off while we were cooking in it. I think it made more difference to us because we were cooking thanksgiving dinner there. Besides that, it was a great space and very comfortable.

This was almost perfect for all

Almost everything that we expected was there and more.This was a great location. 30sec to huge golf course, 5 min to stores and restaurants, but very nice and safe in a good neighborhood.Home clean and in good shape. Lot of indoor games for all ages. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Bedroom had nice bedding. Maintaining the Bikes can help. Almost all of the 6 or 7 bikes need maintenance and is not in riding condition. They are taking up precious garage space in an already very tight Garage.

Spacious and luxurious townhome with everything you need.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in the home twice now and just love its location, its spacious layout, and tasteful decor. We noticed on this last visit the place was particularly clean -- none of the usual dust build up on blinds and lampshades which we really appreciated. The master bed is a tad hard for my back so I brought a twin size mattress topper for my side of the bed and it worked out great. The bedrooms are really lovely and roomy. My husband used one of the mountain bikes available which was great for tooling around the local trails, although we recommend bringing a tire tube patch kit because one of the bikes has a flat. And FYI...the bike seats are a bit hard so if you are planning longer rides, rent a bike or bring your own. There's everything you could possibly need for preparing meals and all the appliances work well now that they've replaced the microwave. There's plenty of beach towels for trips to the community hot tub, which is fully gated and beautifully landscaped with fir trees, wildflower beds, and beautiful mountain views. It's clear the owners made a big effort to make it feel like a primary residence and not some dumpy rental that has cast off furniture from another house. It's comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, well appointed with tech (streaming channels & great wifi) plus great views from the deck, including a charming little pond directly below.And bonus -- we got to bring our fur babies with us. That made it perfect.

Snow creek Townhome

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at the property. Unfortunately, the year of rentals has taken a toll on this great spacious condo. The property is in a great location central to everything but I’m not sure I’d stay here again. The floors were super dirty and all of the hard surfaces were covered in dust and dirt and all of the carpets were black. No A/C but lots of windows WITHOUT screens so you can’t even open them without getting eaten by mosquitos. The oven doesn’t close all the way so you have to put a stool in front of it for it to actually cook your food. This property needs some attention before I would consider staying here again.
