About this property

Comfortable 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom; sleeps up to 8. This redecorated unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Dennison building and is walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, Flat Screen TV, WiFi, stereo and wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed with a Flat Screen TV. The loft has 2 twins, the upstairs bedroom has a queen with a Flat Screen TV and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Summit #295-Unsatisfactory

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I selected this condo for its location and layout. Both of those factors were a plus. However, this condo needs work. It is very tired and worn out. Microwave door duct taped together, peeling and missing paint, worn out carpet, non functional bathroom fans, front door had to be slammed to latch (which I'm sure our neighbors did not appreciate). The kitchen pots and pans supplied were minimal and there was hardly any firewood when we arrived. It was very difficult to heat the cold unit the first night. We were brought more wood the second day and heating was much easier. The beds were like sleeping on hammocks. As a long time property owner and landlord, there is no escape from maintaining rental property. The money has to be spent. Time for this owner to pony up.

Stayed during a lot of snowfall, complex did a good job keeping walkways as shoveled as possible, and rental agency was very helpful during check out in a snowstorm.

We liked the condo, it was spacious and bright, if a bit in need of an update and deep cleaning. Close and easy walk to Eagle, but watch out for ice on the road.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Mammoth! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Upon entering I found that there was a hole in the sliding glass door screen, and that the microwave door appeared to have broken at some point and repaired with white duct tape. There were also a few loose items such as the towel rack in the down stairs bathroom. These issues did not impact my stay or comfort in a negative manner. We are very satisfied with our experience and plan to continue to book vacations with Mammoth Reservations.

Clean, comfortable, just as described

I would give 5 stars, however the instructions on the app and included in the envelope when picking up keys did not provide any details as to which building your condo is in. Fortunately I found a map in the clubhouse that showed you by condo #’s which building and garage to go to. Funny thing, the missing details were tapped to the fridge I side the condo, useful once inside.

Family summer getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo location is convenient for accessing the lake basin area - which is gorgeous! Beds are comfortable and the master has new furniture. The rest of the place could use a refresh - bathrooms are original finishes/fixtures and look run down. Kitchen microwave door was broken and held together with duct tape. No AC, but the weather was mild enough that we were okay with the windows open at night. Recommend a coat of fresh paint and a thorough dusting - walls and baseboards are dirty, there were cobwebs in the high ceiling corners.

Outdated but clean and convenient

If this place had a makeover it would be perfect. Set up is great for kids. Loft has extra little bedroom with full bed and tv. And a full bathroom. The kids mess was never around. If you dont mind really outdated bathrooms, furniture etc and have kids this place is perfect
