The house is fully equipped, with bed linen, towels and beach towels too. Off street parking for 2 cars, or street parking too. Large sunny, fenced front yard for the kids to play, relax the days away or enjoy evening BBQs. Enjoy hassle free holidays, we are happy to help you with any questions or requests. We live next door and love our neighbourhood, it's in a quiet street, with great neighbours, hence we don't want partiers or teenagers renting the house. Only renters older than 23years old.

Enter the house from the drive way, up the stairs to the front sliding door into the dining area, with the kitchen to your left, and through the dining is a large lounge/TV room with 2 couches and a smaller table and to use as a desk or breakfast. Front yard flows out from the lounge through a ranch sliding door, with outdoor table, BBQ and a large front yard for family fun. From the dining area is a door which leads down the hallway to the bedrooms and bathroom. The bathroom is small with a good sized shower and there's a door off the bathroom to a separate toilet. The Master bedroom is spacious and sunny with a Queen bed. The middle room is small but sunny with a double bed. The third room has 2 single beds and you walk through this room to a large Queen size bedroom. This set up suits 2 small families. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, fans for summer time or heating and extra blankets for winter time.
The lounge also has an extra heater and fireplace too.

This 1960's house will appeal to families who want a big indoor and outdoor space with a rustic kiwi bach feel. If you're seeking a more modern home, you'll find other options locally. In the photos there is a trampoline, this is not in the yard anymore.

Weekend bookings are for 2 nights Friday and Sat nights.
Long weekend bookings are for 3 nights, Friday - Sunday.
