You will feel at home in our cozy cottage and welcoming to the design of Savoy very neat, cottage spirit with mountain and plain, large terrace of 35 m².Bien be guaranteed and disorientation. On 1st level: 1 room with 2 beds in 90 non-overlapping with the ability to close and 1 bed 140, bedroom / loft with a sofa bed 2 beds and a balcony. Superbe semaine

Nous avons passée une semaine dans le chalet. L'environnement est superbe, très au calme. La terrasse est très agréable et tout est conforme à l'annonce. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir. Chantal Rubat est très accueillante, arrangeante et de très bons conseils.

Uriges Häuschen, leider sehr hellhörig

Urige Holzhütte. Leider fehlt ein Trockenraum für die Skisachen. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort, was vom Platz her gut auskommt (Bad ist sehr klein), allerdings ist es sehr hellhörig. Wenn Nachts einer aufsteht ist das ganze Haus wach. Nette, unkomplizierte Vermieterin.

Calme, nature et sportif

Le chalet est très confortable avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. La literie est très confortable et on pourrait loger à 2 familles. En été l'ouverture sur la terrasse et le petit jardin sont parfaits, surtout avec des enfants. Le lieu est calme et on trouve dans le village tout le nécessaire. Plein d'activités autour, de la randonnée évidemment avec des paysages superbes, mais aussi luge d'été, VTT, cani-rando, bowling, balades en poney, visites des villages autour. Pour les familles il y a tellement de choses à faire que le plus dur sera de renoncer à certaines activités. De plus un club enfants permet de les déposer et d'avoir également un peu de repos entre adultes. Nous recommandons et reviendrons sûrement !

Chalet agréable et bien situé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce chalet cet été. On se dit qu’il doit être vraiment génial l’hiver. La station est animée et tout est accessible à pied: commerces, restaurants, randonnées et activités de la station.

Excellente semaine : soleil, neige et super chalet ! Un très bon accueil de Chantal et Jacky : chalet très propre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Même à 8 on ne s'est pas marché dessus et nos enfants ont appris à prendre des douches courtes pour que tout le monde ait de l'eau chaude ;-) On reviendra !

Tout simplement génial

1 semaine en famille pour un dépaysement total. Le chalet est ... parfait, spacieux, fonctionnel, chaleureux, équipé comme une vrai habitation (plaques à gaz, four électrique, grand frigo, lave vaisselle, appareil à fondu/raclette...) Les chambres sont spacieuse et agréable, en bref, rien ne manque. Il est au calme avec une petite foret de sapin à coté, mes enfants ont adorées suivre les traces des animaux dans la neige. L’arrêt de la navette peut être difficilement plus proche, à l'entrée de l'impasse. Chantal et son mari (les propriétaires) sont d'une gentillesse incroyable. Un gros 20/20 pour ce séjour, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Une parenthèse enchantée

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce superbe chalet, oú tout nous a semblé parfait. Il y a d'abord l'accueil chaleureux de Chantal avec son petit accent "exotique" dans les montagnes savoyardes. Et puis c'est le charme, l'authenticité de ce joli lieu. Tout est en harmonie : le bois, les étoffes, la vaisselle ... Rien ne dépareille. Ah la tasse de café sur le balcon face à un paysage sublime ... quelle est loin la ville !!! Et puis les remontés se trouvent à un jet de pierre. Saint François est une station vraiment sympathique, oú chacun trouve son plaisir.

Deuxième séjour très agréable

Ce deuxième séjour dans ce chalet était à la hauteur du premier : très agréable. Superbe chalet indépendant ayant une ambiance chaleureuse, dans un hameau authentique. Parfaitement équipé, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort, la décoration soignée, la vue incroyable, l'accès facile à de nombreuses balades pédestres ou descentes à ski, sans oublier l’accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires.

Sejour excellent

Nous sommes revenus pour la deuxième fois dans se havre de paix. L’accueil des propriétaires est tjs aussi sympatrique. La propreté du chalet est irréprochable et la décoration très soignée. Le séjour a été reposant car le chalet invite au calme et au repos . Nous avons beaucoup skié et même fait des chiens de traîneaux. Avons soupé au restaurant, à la louche percée, soirée authentique et excellente raclette !! Je recommande ce chalet et cette station pour sa facilité à se déplacer , pour sa balnéothérapie et son domaine skiable. L'emplacement de votre chalet est idéalement situé : Prés des remontées mécaniques et prés des commerces . Des vacanciers heureux

NOTRE PLUS BEAU SEJOUR A LA MONTAGNE

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce chalet à la décoration typiquement montagnarde. Situé près des pistes, nous avons profité d'un cadre magnifique. Ce chalet est idéalement placé en station, au calme et pas loin des pistes. La propreté et la décoration sont au top. Merci aux propriétaires pour leurs gentillesses et leurs bonnes adresses... CHALET TRES CHARMANT JE RECOMMANDE !!

Un très joli chalet de style montagnard, vraiment très chaleureux, idéal pour des vacances en famille. Très propre, rien à redire, confortable, bien agencé, il ne manque rien. Bravo pour la décoration, très originale et recherchée tout en restant dans l'ambiance montagnarde. Propriétaires très accueillants, serviables et toujours disponibles. Terrasse et espace vert agréables, chalet bien exposé, tranquillité et calme au rendez-vous pour se prélasser. Station de montagne agréable, familiale, beaucoup d'activités à pratiquer, très beau coin de Maurienne. Le temps pas terrible mais cette année c'était pour tout le monde pareil et personne n'y peut rien. Je recommande cette location vivement.

RAS je recommande fortement ce chalet

Très beau chalet, tout neuf et très bien agencé, on s'y sent comme à la maison, bravo pour la décoration, les propriétaires ont beaucoup de goût. Très bon accueil, propriétaires très agréables et chaleureux, très disponibles pour satisfaire leurs locataires. Heureusement très patients et disponibles au téléphone pour nous indiquer la route jusqu'à la porte du chalet. Chalet très propre, spacieux, belle terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la station. Station sympathique et familiale, beau domaine skiable. Le plus : le calme du coin en retrait par rapport à la station. Je recommande tout à fait cette location, une bonne adresse que je conserve bien précieusement pour les prochaines vacances à la montagne !

Très belle location, chalet très beau, spacieux, propre, agréable et bien agencé, bravo pour la décoration. On s'y sent très bien et on y passe un séjour très agréable. Station très sympathique, conviviale et familiale. Le plus c'est d'être au calme, coin paisible pour bien se détendre après le ski. Terrasse très agréable pour profiter du soleil et d'une vue incroyable sur la station. Les propriétaires au top, merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité, ils sont très à l'écoute de leurs locataires. On a déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine ! REMY et toute sa famille
