Modern luxury awaits you in this stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. Two Master Bedrooms with their own private balcony provide incredible south-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. One parking space is available but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Great location and super clean

We enjoyed the central location of the condo, just up from the breweries and walking distance to many great restaurants. Checkin was easy, and the place was very clean, exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again.

Great Condo

Great condo in a great location. Location was easily walkable to lots of restaurants and breweries. Condo was very clean and just as represented. Only downside was the street noise at night.

Family getaway

conveniently located for walking to pretty much anywhere downtown. Plenty to do close by. Our only complaint is noise from the street and the other units in the building. The walls and windows seem very thin for such a high-end condo

Brewery Trip

Perfect location! Within walking distance to all the downtown breweries, bars and shops. Very clean, spacious and secure. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Will definitely be back!!

Quick girlsweekend/co-worker weekend

Three of us came to Asheville for a quick girls weekend. The property was spotless and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the porches were great for morning coffee. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. The area felt very safe and walkable. Would most certainly stay here again.

Pleasant and relaxing

Great location. Once we parked upon arrival, we didn't get back in the car until after we checked out. There was plenty to see, shops and great food, all within walking distance. We had a wonderful time.

Condo was comfortable and clean. Good location within walking distance to restaurants. Parking was secure and convenient. The condo is perfect for two couples with two master bedrooms with bathrooms. Will definitely recommend this condo.

Perfect spot for girls trip

Stayed here with four girls for a chill Asheville winter weekend. It was the perfect location for us. We had two girls each sharing a comfy king bedrooms with 2 large en-suite bathrooms. Plenty of couch space for us to play games and drink wine at night. Patios off of each bedroom were nice to have. Super clean! Elevators, safe parking garage, excellent communication from host. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable home.

My husband and I love visiting Asheville and come up at least a couple of times a year. This condo has to be the most beautiful and comfortable rental property that we’ve stayed at to date. The beds were comfortable as well as the living room furniture, which isn’t always the case and makes lounging not as pleasurable. The home was clean with secure parking which we love because we tend to walk everywhere. The location is great, with a food coop, restaurants and shops very close by. I highly recommend visiting the best coffee shop in Asheville which is tucked away and also within walking distance, Penny Cup Coffee. We would love to stay again on our future trips. Thank you!
