Papaya Plus Condo is a modern apartment close to the beach and 5th avenue, in a secluded street where you'd be able to relax and enjoy your time in Playa del Carmen!

The apartment is in an unbeatable location, just 3 blocks away from fifth avenue and 4 blocks from the beach. If what you're looking for is a place to relax and also close to all the action, this will be perfect for you!

The apartment has a modern design giving you a feeling of luxury and paradise.

We'll make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and you won't even have to worry about bringing towels for the beach since we provide you with them along with a full set of bathroom towels and amenities (shampoo and soap).
You'll find also complementary bottled drinking water in the apartment - a day out exploring the Riviera Maya can make you thirsty!

The apartment is centrally located, there's a Walmart nearby (2 blocks away) and the ADO coach station is about 10-15min walking distance.
The Cozumel pier is 15min walking from the apartment.
Being so close to 5th avenue, you'll be moments away from the best restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, and water activity centres like diving and snorkelling... There's lots to do around!

Although you'll be within walking distance from lots of attractions, bicycles are great to go experience Playa. For out of town adventures like going to the Mayan Ruins, Tulum, Cenotes, etc., I'd recommend renting a car. (there's parking space in the building)
