Privately situated at the far end of a gorgeous new build nestled at the top Ciao Korora, overlooking the ocean with magnificent water and mountain views.
Modern Architecture and state of the art features compliment the lavish Italian décor, The Mediterranean exudes luxury and class, in a secluded location. The owners Carla & Emanuele reside on a separate section of the same house. The expansive wooden deck boasts some of the best views the Coffs Coast has to offer.
Lush green mountains and fertile lands lead your eyes towards the ocean views where you can see the Solitary Islands awake to a glorious sunrise. Relax and unwind over a BBQ during the afternoon and spot the unique native wildlife from the balcony. Location is everything - only an 8 minute drive to our stunning beaches and a further 2 minutes to major shopping centres and restaurants in the heart of Coffs Harbour.

The Mediterranean’ is the larger of two available studios - the main living area features dining for 4 guests, air conditioning, a kitchen with gas cooktop and electric oven, fridge and microwave and coffee machine for your homely holiday. The Queen bedroom is beautifully furnished with built in wardrobe and air conditioning for your comfort. A Queen size sofa bed in the lounge room accommodates another two guests comfortably.
The bathroom is immaculate, with open shower and stone bench tops, and complimentary toiletries for use during your stay. The property is an eco-friendly build equipped with solar power, solar hot water, septic system and rainwater catchment. To keep you in touch with the outside world there is of course Wi-Fi throughout the property and Smart, flat-screen TV with access to guest Netflix to retreat after sunset. Laze by the stunning pool and enjoy the serenity!

The Owners, Carla & Emanuele reside at the western end of this dwelling, and may be available during your stay if necessary. There is a shared laundry facilities to use complete with washing machine and ironing equipment should you require. Parties and pets are not permitted and this is a non-smoking property. Linen and bath towels are included.
To welcome you to the home the owners also provide you with San Pellegrino sparkling water upon your arrival.
The Mediterranean is located next to another holiday let The Classic, if you would like to book this too, you can! Every effort is taken to ensure your stay is as secluded and private as possible. Luxurious Comforts with Spectacular Views
We had a delightful & very comfortable stay at Ciao Korora. We loved coming back to a relaxing environment after a busy day of sightseeing. Ciao Korora has spectacular views of ocean & hills from its spacious deck where we enjoyed our nibbles & glass of wine. To top it all off, we enjoyed delicious home-cooked Italian meals (@ very reasonable prices) provided by our hosts. Thank you Carla & Emanuele!

Amazing views, amazing food
Ciao Korora is set on a hillside with idyllic views looking towards the Pacific Ocean. The apartment was spotlessly clean inside and outside with great attention to detail. Emmanuel and Carla are great hosts who made us feel very relaxed and welcome. They were both very happy to stand and have a friendly chat. We ordered a 3 course Italian evening meal which was cooked by Carla and delivered to our apartment. It was delicious! Highly recommend visiting this lovely little place! Our first choice in coffs
We had a wonderful stay. Clara’s home made Italian cuisine was exceptional, it is by far better than any of the top restaurants we tried in town. The views are sensational and you will spend hours looking out on to the hills and beach while surrounded by the wonderful sounds of kookaburras. The accomodation itself and grounds are kept in pristine condition, clean comfortable, modern and new with quality bedding and bathroom products. The pool is also spectacular with views of the ocean. This is our first choice in the Coffs Harbour area!

We had a lovely stay at Korora over the Christmas period. The property had everything we needed. It was quiet and easy to access Coffs Harbour. Carla & Emanuele were so lovely and went out of their way to check on us. Carla's food was absolutely outstanding and we ate in both nights. The kids enjoyed the pool and Emanuele was kind enough to blow up some pool toys for us. It was honestly the best stop over we've had!
