The buzzing Old Town District and Fashion Square area is a quick walk away and offers hundreds of dining options, shops and nighttime entertainment! Many of Scottsdale's top golf courses and exquisite spas are just minutes away.

What to be aware of:

- PARKING: One shaded parking space available plus plenty of Visitor Parking .
- From about late November to about mid February, the complex goes to a only heating system in the Winter. We will provide a portable cooling unit for those that like it cold.Â
- Good Neighbor Policy & City Law: Any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of a residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the hours of 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If a neighbor calls or comes over and asks you to quiet down, be friendly and quiet down. Rental properties cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings.Â (Noise is monitored by NoiseAware devices) The city has laws about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for.

Perfect spot

The condo is nicely appointed. Very clean and has everything you will ever need. We found it very quiet which was a big plus. We were in town for spring training. It was a nice 20 min walk to the Scottsdale field games. Felt good to walk after sitting so many hours at a game. It was close the downtown happenings and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

You can tell that someone bought this condo to make a passive income. It’s cheesily decorated and furnished with IKEA and religious texts. Lacks a lot of comforts that would come with someone’s actual space. TV in living room is a smart TV ONLY if you have a Galaxy phone (so that’s like a total of 1% of people). It did the job and the pool was nice but this condo is not worth the price especially given that the amenities were subpar and it’s not someone’s actual home.

this is a great condo!

walking distance to so many shops, restaurants and Old town, The condo was clean, well-stocked and the pool and the hot tub were great to just hang by. Management was great to work with although we didn't interact much because everything was just as they stated and check in was an absolute breeze!
