AMAZING
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed at many vacation properties and this is simply one of the best. Though as others have noted, not ideal for people with limited mobility due to the many stairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time at 39 Grange Rd Rye. The only feedback I have is that there's not sufficient cooling systems within the house and the fan in one of the bedrooms was not working (in fact someone came to check out the problem, but never returned to fix it) which left the children in a very hot room with no fan. The front door was a problem as you needed a key to enter. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The entire space is quite grand which was great, the decor was beautiful. The amenities were in abundance. Can't fault this property at all.

Great house, loads of accommodation and bathrooms. Modern and special. A lot of stairs but we didn’t mind that for the most part (a couple of our guests had knee replacements etc which made it a little taxing). Great location. Great fun.

Home built on the hill
Lovely home and we enjoyed a wonderful stay. Large group of older clientele- had family wedding. Only issue would be the stairs - so many and potentially an issue for an 84 year old. Photos did not accurately portray the amount of stairs. Luckily it all went well but if you have a disability this would be an issue at this home

Perfect Weekend Stay
The property was perfect for our gathering of 11 friends and family. Beautifully renovated, with impressive spaces throughout and very comfortable for a large group. The Kitchen was excellent for prepping & serving our meals. Beds were very comfy too!
