I recently stayed at this spacious 4-bedroom house in Salisbury and had a fantastic experience. The home was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The large living spaces and fully equipped kitchen made it perfect for our group. The quiet neighborhood was a bonus, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to local amenities and public transport. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it for families or groups visiting Brisbane.
This house is very pleasant to stay at it was a nice quiet neighbourhood the house was very well presented and clean if there was any complaints it was there were no bowls to cook in the microwave.

Lovely Host not so lovely house
We initially had booked another property with Clara but upon arrival found it was double booked and we were left stranded with nowhere to stay. Stayz support did nothing to help our situation, they made lots of promises and delivered nothing. Clara offered us another of her properties until we could find somewhere else.
Unfortunately this property is not up to scratch.
We did not see the listing for the house or get to go inside before taking the property, it was dark and late and we needed something. The layout does not suit a holiday rental, there is nowhere comfortable where the group can sit. The house can apparently sleep 8, the dining table only seats 6, there is no loungeroom but there is only one 3 seater couch in the kitchen dining area. The tv is 8 foot in air. There isn't a comfortable seat in house, most of the furniture looks like it came from kerb pickup. There was no dishwashing liquid, the sponge was tiny and dirty and the tea towel was questionable. We washed everything before we used it, with stuff we bought.
There should be a minimum standard that has to be met before renting out a property, this does not make that standard.
I suggest that the host and her family should pack their bags and move in for a week, so they can discover all the shortcomings this property has to offer
We stayed here because we are a family of five and it had four bedrooms. We didn’t use the fourth bedroom and second bathroom as it was constantly full of dead bugs. We vacuumed on arrival but every day there were more everywhere. We closed the door to this area. Our children moved beds so they could sleep in the same room as they thought the other rooms were a bit creepy and wouldn’t sleep there. Under the house where the washing machine is is dirty. Had dead cockroaches and back yard was not useable as it had weeds and needed mowing.
Arrived in Brisbane 8.30am Friday and picked up hire car in Clayfield by 9.30am. Check into property was 4.00pm so we had to kill time at local mall, change into less warm clothes (from Melbourne) suitable for Brisbane in our vehicle. We did enquire if we could check in earlier when we made booking but received no reply from property owner/manager. Other than this our stay was very good. House was clean, amenities and space were just right for my family. Loved the deck, and it was a nice quiet street. Would recommend this accommodation and would love to use again for future trips to Brisbane. Will co-ordinate flight times next time 🙂
