Very warm and cozy, lately renovated lovely perfect year round whistler hideout. Only minutes to Blackcomb upper village, where ticket sales, ski school, restaurant and bars, liquor store, shops and buses/transit are on walking distance. Also close to hiking trails, lost lake park, bike trails and golf course. Very quite area comparing to main village. You’ll love my place because of the location, the warm home feeling. Good for couples, business travelers, and families with kids. Private mountain look balcony with BBQ grill. Pool and hot tub year round.

Great location

Great location and easy communication with the owner. Unfortunately, I can only give this a 2 1/2 to 3 star rating because the air conditioning unit was not working, there was only one old fan to cool the condo, the toilet handle was broken, and there were no basic hot pads in the kitchen. I would like to mention that I informed the owner of the toilet handle issue, and he did offer to come and fix it right away. I’ve stayed at the aspens in the past in a different unit. They all range in price so if you were looking for affordability, and not picky, this place was very reasonably priced.

Absolutely Filthy

Unit was absolutely filthy. Furniture ripped. Walls filthy. AC unit in desperate need of servicing. Had to dismantle, clean and re-assemble oscillating fan in order to get air circulation. Balcony hasn’t been cleaned in months/years. Good location, comfortable bed, and 2 TV that worked. Unit need complete renovation

Great for a low budget stay

Very dated, but a good price for ski in / ski out and walkable to Whistler village. The property was not clean when we arrived, Dong did make sure it got cleaned within 2 hours but wouldn't refund us our cleaning fee. We did enjoy the hot tub but would not say this is a luxury listing.

Basic but comfortable.

The suite is clean but somewhat tired. As a rental this isn't surprising but a weekend of upkeep would go along way. Coffee table is beat up. Furniture is low grade. Shelf in bathroom was torn off but holes remain. Kettle was green on the inside. Could use more cutlery, glasses, plates. Again, it's not horrible, just utilitarian with no frills.

Aspens Stay at Whistler

Everything was excellent with the exception of having trouble connecting the Wifi We only stayed one night so it was not a big problem . There is a fairly steep gravel path to exit to the village which would not work well for elderly or handicapped guests .The property management was thorough and the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We were contemplating bringing our mtn bikes but we did not . It was Crankworks weekend and all bike storage was full upon arrival .

Cozy, Clean & Quite

We Spent two night at this property, and it was great! We loved the fact the room was Clea,. quite and cozy! The bed was super soft, and the pool and hot tubs were a very accommodating! Dong was very accommodating and hosts his guests very professionally I would recommend this place again and again, I'll definitely stay here again. Thanks Dong!

Blackcomb Adventure

We took a short trip to Whistler for two and this place was perfect. It was very spacious and although we had two people, it could very easily fit four. It was easy to find. We took a bus from Vancouver to Whistler. From the drop off point in Whistler, it only took 15min to walk to the condo with all our equipment. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and allowed us to store all our baggage until check-in time. This place is truly ski-in/ski-out. Three hot tubs and a heated pool made it easy to find space in one of the hot tubs at any time. Would highly recommend this place and am looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Convenient, nice facility

We had two people in a 1BR. Plenty of room to be comfortable. Facility is beautiful but needs a little bit of upkeep. Staff is super friendly. It really is ski in ski out. Gondola and slope are right off the back courtyard. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Whistler retreat with all the comforts of home!

Our family came to Whistler for a baseball tournament. We loved our home away from home! Dong’s place provided everything we needed with the added bonus of a lovely pool and choice of hot tubs! The unit was extremely clean and full of mountainside character. Location was fantastic and had easy access to everything Whistler has to offer. Check in and out were a breeze and any questions we had were promptly answered. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Dong for a lovely stay😊

Love this location

This is the third time we have stayed at a condo at the Aspens and we have loved it each time. The Aspens is so convenient, with its ski in ski out location and easy walk to the village we never use our car during the entire stay. The fourth floor location was quiet and the large dining table made it easy to serve meals. Our only complaint was that when we arrived at 5:00 pm, a full hour after the earliest check in time (4:00), the place was not clean and ready. The house keeping person was very apologetic and nice, but frankly we were exhausted from our long drive straight from southern California and would have liked to just settle in and take a nap. Everything else went well during our stay.

Wonderful stay

We will be back! The condo is in a great location. It was so awesome to finish a run down the mountain and ride right up to the building, without even having to go all the way back down the mountain. The unit was clean, well appointed, and very very comfortable. Internet was nice and fast too.

Super clean and well equipped - perfect for a weekend away!

I stayed here in July with three friends. The location was great, it was close enough that we could walk to the lower village in about ten minutes and had easy access to a variety of walk/hike trails. We even found free street parking a two minute walk up the road (watch the signs though, it was only during summer months). Overall we were very impressed with the condo. We had been worried before leaving that the price was just too good to be true and it wouldn't be as nice in person, but it was actually so great. We will for sure stay here again!

Great location, needs some interior fixes.

Beautiful location. But it needs some work inside. Leather oversized chair peeling and falling apart. Burners that don't work. Broken blow dryer ( wet hair no good in the snow). When we contacted owner, no response.

Why they chose this property

I was searching for property to purchase and can not find a better location than the Aspens! Also have a really good strata, lately renovated public area, gorgeous view and huge pool and hot tub, it is so big and so close that you would not miss it from the chairlift!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is also one of the most renovated condo in the building, with air-conditioning, and outdoor barbecue new and clean kitchen that most other condos DONT have! come check us out!
