Beautiful, modern home by the mountains

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was immaculate inside and lots of space for our family of four. It backs onto a forest which is really pretty, we loved just sitting out on the porch and listening to the birds chirping. It's also very close to the major attractions like Ruby falls.

Perfect For Us

This was the perfect house for us to stay in as we celebrated the marriage of our daughter. Conveniently located to the venue (right next door), plenty of room for family and a gorgeous backyard to hang out in. Also close to downtown Chattanooga and all that it has to offer. The location of this house is very convenient to Lookout Mountain and related attractions. It was easy to find and is as it appears in the photos. The place was Very clean and open concept kept the family together when we wanted to be. Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs is a smart design choice.

Lovely place

House is located in a quiet and convenient location. We rented it out for our wedding weekend. Plenty of space and even had small travel toiletries for anyone that may have forgotten something. Cons would be the only communal bathroom was upstairs and the twin bed room could have supported a bunk. The location is gorgeous and right next to our wedding venue which made all the difference in the world.

Great modern house close to city

We had a wonderful time at this house. My family of 3 together our friends a family of 4 stayed in property for 3 nights. It was very spacious for all 7 of us. It was spotlessly clean. Very new and modern. The rooms weee very well appointed and kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. We’ve stayed in many rental locations and we’ve never had so many supplies already provided for us. The house is very close to downtown Chattanooga. The Tennessee aquarium was less than 15 minute drive. The back yard was awesome. We roasted marshmallows and the house had sticks laid out already for us. The kids had a great time in back yard. We had a wonderful time. We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect Place

Our large family rented two properties adjacent to The Venue at Chattanooga for a wedding weekend. It was the perfect location. The house is well-maintained and furnished. Our contact communicated well and was easy to work with. The backyard fire pit was enjoyed by the adults and the children had a great time on the rocks while "exploring." Family Getaway

Wonderful place for a family

We stayed here with our three grandchildren for a few days during Spring Break. This house had plenty of room, a great view, and was within a 10 minute drive of everything we wanted to do. (Aquarium and Lookout Mountain). There was a grocery store and restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful stay here.

We absolutely loved this home and its location!! The home is beautiful and well laid out for families. Convenient to downtown Chattanooga (within 10-15 mins); yet in a very serene setting. The backyard is amazing and sitting out in the evenings around the firepit was so nice. The younger kids enjoyed the backyard and exploring. You will not be disappointed booking this property!

Fabulous Experience

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We were able to check-in a couple hours early, and the check-in process was a breeze. The house offers plenty of towels, hair dryers in each bathroom, paper towels, toilet paper, and plenty of utensils/dishes to prepare and serve simple-to-easy difficulty meals. The views from the property were wonderful to enjoy any time of day. It was a very quiet neighborhood that was close enough to town to be convenient but far enough to be peaceful. Our children enjoyed the space to run around and climb and explore the rocks in the back. Check-out was also very simple and didn't require anything beyond stripping the beds and taking out the trash. Again, we loved it and hope to be back.

Location!! ❤️

This is our 2nd stay here. The location is absolutely perfect. Beds and bedding - super comfortable. Large rooms and plenty of room for us to spread out and still enjoy quiet time. Stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, trash bags, etc. Owner was very quick to respond and check on us. It’s the personal touches for us! Close to Lookout Mountain and activities, as well as great places to eat. Not far from the Aquariums, either. We loved the fact that we could take our dog. Plenty of green space. The backyard has a nice firepit area with comfortable seating and a camp/park style grill. The owner had plenty of wood out there so we could enjoy the firepit. We will definitely be back to stay with them again!
