• Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• For safety reasons, this property is not suitable for children under the age of 5 (except infants unable to crawl). We don't recommend it to a family, due to its size.

Four Salt is a cosy apartment with a beach-style theme - ideal for 2 people or 2 couples who want to walk to restaurants and shopping... it is located just behind the main street. A well-maintained apartment with good amenities. Would stay there again.

A very pleasant stay. The apartment is as advertised, light airy and modern. Comfy beds and beautiful linen. Lots of plates, glasses, etc and right on the main street. Supermarket just next door, as was the bottle shop. Would stay again.

Great Central Location
We stayed 4 nights in Salt 4, Sorrento. The location was terrific - in the middle of the main street, with access to the local IGA, great restaurants, Sorrento Hotel and fabulous shops. It was clean and tidy, well equiped and was just as the photos showed. The beds were super comfortable and the linen sheets delightful. In addition, the added bonus of a dressing room for each room made life easy. The downside for us was the layout. Something we should have picked up from the photos. The "dining" area is in fact a narrow bar table with 6 high bar stools. None of us is short, but if we had been, I doubt that we could have scaled the heights of the stools. And they were not comfortable. In fact, the bar table and the bar stools on the verandah were much more accommodating. The lounge area is long, and the 2 lounges face the TV and console. Not very convivial if there are 2 couples staying. One other minor gripe was that we were given one set of keys, which included a swipe for the secure carport. With 2 couples staying and the lockbox at the front of the building and the carport at the back, another set of keys would have been very welcome. The clothes dryer is very noisy so perhaps it requires a service? We would have given this property 5 stars had the living arrangements been more comfortable.

The iconic Sorrento Hotel with stunning views of the bay boasts some of the best pub food on the Peninsula. The beaches of Sorrento are as equally famous as the village, being on the narrow part of the Peninsula and featuring the contrasting front and back beaches. Looking out to Port Phillip Bay on the north side, Sorrento front beach features a lovely foreshore, and the iconic Sorrento Pier, which links the Mornington Peninsula with Queenscliff via the passenger and car ferry. Sorrento Back Beach, on the south side of the village, is a spectacular ocean with safe swimming areas looking out onto Bass Strait. There are a number of stunning walking tracks which wind both along the foreshore and into the hills and native bushland.
