Push bikes, beach trolley, cozy fireplace, heating & cooling, coffee machine bbq and more. Enjoy feeding the Kookaburras from the elevated sun filled deck before strolling around the corner to the local Cafe for coffee, ice-cream or afternoon wine.

Wonderful family beach getaway.
Our family had a wonderful time at this beach house. It is very clean, close to the beach and local corner store (walking distance), and a very quiet area. We enjoyed feeding the birds, playing at the beach and exploring Phillip Island. David (our host) was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Serene & quiet beach house ❤️
Lovely home, enjoyed our stay. House is near to the beach. Wake up daily to the sound of kookaburra 😄 & freshly brewed coffee. Owner should mention BBQ set Is provided as we brought our own. Will definitely come back soon.

Wonderful beach house
We had the most relaxing stay at David’s place. Everything was so well stocked, perfect to stay in for a quiet and relaxing weekend. So close to the beach and everyone absolutely loved the visiting birds. Can’t wait to stay again.

Great location with easy access to the beach
We had a very comfortable stay at Lookakooka with its easy access to Silverleaves beach. The kids loved the huge TV, seeing the many visiting birds and feeding the kookaburras.

Beach shack in a dream location
My husband and I had a lovely stay in Silverleaves. The property is just across from the beach access, so it's very convenient for walks and swims. We loved having the cooking facilities and appreciated the oil, salt and pepper etc, though the fridge and pantry could probably use a bit of clean out. Towels and linen were provided and beach towels too which was great, and we enjoyed trying out the stand-up paddleboards. It certainly has everything you need for a beach holiday!
