LUXURY CANAL PARADISE WITH PRIVATE JETTY

This magnificent home is situated in the exclusive Mariners Cove estate and is designed for pure relaxation.

Sit back and relax watching the boats go by and dolphins playing in the water or bring your boat, jetski or canoe and catch crayfish, West Australian Dhufish offshore or crabs from the jetty, Boat ramp is located just around the corner.

Its the perfect size for families to chill out and enjoy great holiday times. Take a stroll along the foreshore or enjoy the many cafes and restaurants near by.

The home is a Large 4 bedroom, two bathroom home plus theater room, study and parents retreat with own kitchenette and balcony.

Custom built and only completed in july 2020 it really is a beautiful home.

bedroom 3 - bunk beds x2 with TV/ DVD player built in
Bedroom 4 - Huge Master suite with en suite, 60" Smart TV sliding doors out to your own private balcony over looking the canals.

Retreat - Leading from the Master Suite it features Kitchenette including bar fridge large 60" TV and sliding doors to the balcony

Theatre room - large 65" Smart TV

Outdoor bbq kitchen in alfresco

The reverse cycle air conditioning will keep each room cool on those hot summer days.

This property has plenty of parking for the boats, jetskis and trailers with rear side access through the huge double lock up carport.

All linen and towels included.

Strictly NO Pets, NO Smoking, NO PARTIES - No Noise after 10pm

Overall the house was beautiful, there is definitely a few things that needed attention - the property in certain areas was not clean and certain utilities were not usable but once we sorted that we did enjoy our stay.

Great retreat location with private canal
We had an excellent retreat in this amazing accommodation with a private jetty that we used for crabbing, fishing and kayaking. Highly recommend this accommodation and looking forward to staying again if given the chance.

Wonderful holiday
Our two families spent an amazing holiday there. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. Thanks the owner for providing almost every facilities we need there. Good BBQ, all types of kitchenwares, a lot of TV programs including Netflix. I would be happy to recommend it to others!

Nice size and good location
We had 5 adults and one infant with lots of space to spread out. Location was very good and the place was generally tidy. Downgraded our rating due to a lack of attention to detail with on arrival there was a wet bath mat in the ensuite, crumbs and dirty plate in kitchen drawers, a jammed plug in the ensuite and not enough toilet paper. Also the aircon struggled to reach to master bedroom and the controls on the bbq did not function as we could not turn off burners without having to cut of gas supply.

The pictures don’t do this house or location justice - it’s a beautiful new home kept in immaculate condition. On the waterfront - the view is gorgeous.
