Large 4 br townhouse just steps from the beach/boardwalk! Spacious &modern - will do mini weeks.

If you are a boardwalk fanatic, this town home is the perfect place for you! Located on the corner of Talbot St and Baltimore Ave, this was built in 2008. Every detail has been beautifully designed and decorated with beach comfort in mind. Spacious enough for 10 -11 people, the 2 level floor plan allows for privacy and plenty of room. Enjoy being just steps to the boards, beach, shopping, restaurants and more! The townhouse will have 4 TV's & 2 DVD's. The property is non smoking, no pets please. There is 1 garage parking spot on site, and another reserved, uncovered space within a couple block vicinity to the town house. Mini week rentals available all summer. Units #103 & 104 available also -perfect for large families. Occupancy 10. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

We had a great time here! The location was perfect for everything we had planned! Everything was in walking distance. Our biggest “complaint” was that the water pressure was not as good as home.

Great location!
The property is just as described. One block to the board walk and beach. It’s a really great set up with plenty of bedrooms and beds. Please note that there is additional registration steps and check is takes place at OC vacation’s office.

Beautiful and Great Location
This property was exactly like the photos. The location was great-2 min walk to the beach and board walk. The only down fall on this property was the water pressure in all the bathrooms, but it wasn't a deal breaker and I would definitely stay here again!

It's OK for a night stay
I would not spend more than a night in this property. The location is great, but the amenities lack big time. Not even toilet paper, dish towels, soap. We found used paper towels behind the bed and underneath the dresser. Mold was in the bathroom, the cable was not working throughout the house on all TVs. The refrigerator was quite disgusting, and the whole process to check in almost 10 minutes away from the property is a pretty big inconvenience. If you're a picky person, this would not be the best place for you in terms of cleanliness.

Great location, some maintenance issues
Overall it was a great stay. But the home definitely needs some maintenance. The master toilet was broken and some of the appliances either didn’t work well or were otherwise damaged (dryer, toaster, microwave).
