Enjoy the sunrise and watching your family on the beach, from the large ocean front porch of this 3 bedroom apartment. Located at 20th St., close to many restaurants, shopping and attractions, this 3rd floor, walk up apartment has accommodations for 6. This is an older building, but the condo is kept in great condition - it's one of the few that still reminds you of what OC used to be about. Family fun, & lots of memories to make here! The condo has a kitchen, 4 TV's, DVD player, Free Wifi, shared laundry room on the premises, and 4 window a/c units. The occupancy is 6, there is parking for 1 car, and the property does not allow smoking or pets. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
