This beautifully maintained, spacious 4 bedroom condo can accommodate a large family of up to 12. Enjoy oceanviews, an outdoor pool, and being just steps away from the beach. This condo is close to some of the most popular night spots in OC, as well as shopping and restaurants. The condo offers a full kitchen, a full sized washer/dryer, 4 smart TV's, 3 DVD players, free Wi-Fi, no cable/ only streaming services, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. The unit is non-smoking, no pets please. Occupancy 12. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
