This is a great location for ski and ski out.As long as there's enough snow. The home is very clean, very roomy and awesome to stay at with kids. The only thing that would be better is if it had a bigger water heater, if you actually have six people stay here.Okay, they can't all take a shower after skiing

Winter get-away
This was a great place for 5 people from 2 families. We booked for the ski-in/ski-out convenience, but ended up having to stay inside more than planned due to the cold weather. It was plenty of space for us to relax, hang out and have good game nights!

The Condo was great, enough space and very clean! Weather was up and down while skiing so it was great to have a comfortable hangout when not on the hills! We look forward to coming back.

Nice condo at Caribou Highlands very near Lusten Mountain
Two families stayed here (3 kids and 4 adults) easily. There is a large deck and the view off the back of the woods is lovely - listening to the river roaring lightly in the background was even better. This a great stay post camping to round out our week.

Decent place for ski-in/ski-out
Not fancy but fit a party of five for a long weekend of skiing. Beds were decently comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to cook all the meals. If a ski-ini / ski-out location is what you want this will work for you but you will be paying a premium for it.

We had a great stay and my daughter's really enjpoyed staying in a condo. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities we could ask for. It was near to all our planned activites on the North shore. The owners communicated with us very quickly when we asked questions as a newbie renters. If we get to the North Shore agsin we will definitly be looking at this unit to rent again. Shore

We had a great time and enjoyed the 3 bears condo. It is very convenient and worked great for our group. The only thing that could be improved was the cleanliness of the place. It didn't seem to have been fully cleaned prior to our arrival.

We loved our stay at Lutsen. The condo was great however we killed many spiders. I hate spiders. The Dishwasher was also not emptied and completely full so we had to take care of that when we arrived.

Good property for skiing Lutsen
Good ski-in, ski-out location. Decently appointed for cooking and hanging out. Gas fireplace heats the living room nicely. Hot tub is a few buildings away, too long to walk outside in winter and too crowded every time we tried to use it. Second bedroom has a double bed not a queen as listed.

A nice end to the ski season!
We have stayed at similar locations within Caribou Highlands previously and this experience was on par with those - the place was found as expected, very clean, and with enough items in the kitchen to cook a few meals before heading out for skiing! Unfortunately the ski in/out wasn't ideal this time around for us and required a bit of a walk to get going, but that had everything to do with the lack of snow in the area and not with the location off of Moose Access trail. No complaints, stay with confidence!

Weekend in Three Bears Den at Lutsen Mountains.
We had a wonderful time. The Condo was clean and comfortable. Would go back again! The only problem we had was the biting files and mosquitos.

Great place to stay for a ski vacation. Easy to ski in and out from the condo. Cozy cabin. Nice gas fireplace and kitchen area. Smaller bedrooms. One negative was the limited space for winter gear and luggage.

The Property was clean and everything was represented correctly except for the fact that it has a gas fireplace not a wood-burning and the pictures still actually show it today January 4 as gas burning even after I complained to the host.

Superior Trail Race weekend
What an awesome weekend up on the north shore. I ran my race, my friends were there to support me. The trail was awesome and the views were amazing! The lodge was great slept well, wait good and had a few beverages. The place felt cozy and warm.. it was wonderful!!

Lovely place close to mountain
This is a lovely place near the mountain so the location is great for hiking in Summer or skiing in Winter. The wifi signal is very weak so you could not work from this property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
