On the ground floor, there is a large 60 sq. m terrace, a dining room, a living room, and an open-plan kitchen with bar. TV room, laundry room and toilet. Large bay windows. Upstairs, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and 2 toilets. High-quality materials: wood and mineral materials, nice finishing. Two private car spaces in the street of the house and parking space in the garage. That's it.
