Our property is available. Everything is fine and normal. We will continue to update our property's description on a daily basis related to anything affecting the property or area itself!

This Studio has been remodeled and furnished with modern furniture for your beach getaway. You have a view of the tennis court from the lanai, while enjoying your breakfast or morning coffee. The unit comes with air conditioner to keep you cool after a day at the beach. In the kitchen, you can prepare your home cook meals, or picnic lunch and snacks, while exploring beautiful island of Maui. Rainy day? Enjoy movies from Netflix, complimentary on demand.

The condo complex is across the street from Kalepolepo Beach Park, Kalepolepo Fishpond and Hawaiian Island Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. You can enjoy the complex pool and hot tub or play tennis at the tennis court. There is also a BBQ grill by the pool to prepare your favorite grill recipes. The condo complex has laundry room with coin/app operated washers and dryers.

Well equipped condo across the street from the beach

As described, Clean, bed w/sofa bed. Well stocked kitchen in terms of appliances and equipment.. Condo complex has pool/hot tub/tennis court and is across the street from a park with a small beach. Rest of Kihei just down the main drag. Owner was very responsive to questions (where to eat etc) via text messages

Proximity to beach and nature center excellent. Centrally located to restaurants and other beaches good. The room needs some upgrading and tlc. Screen door sticky, bed frame fell apart first night but repair man arrived first thing in morning, air conditioner old and rusted and just generally the unit needs painting. Having said that, everything worked.

Great little spot to lay your head

Maui never disappoints and this was a great spot in Kihei to lay your head. We were out and about a lot and there were plenty of towels, beach chairs, and location was perfect. Location was quiet and we enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. will definitely aim to return again in the future. Mahalo!

Place is good but we didn’t really have a place to eat. The table outside the patio is good for bfast and coffee but during dinner time since there is no light, we can’t really use it. The owner respond promptly and was super nice. The area is clean.

Excellent Stay

The unit was very clean and well stocked. We made good use of the boogie boards and beach towels. Great central location and close to several beaches. Our favourite was big beach. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. Our host was excellent in communicating and very flexible! We needed to reduced the number of days of our vacation and it was no problem at all. I highly recommend!

Great studio in Kihei

Super cute and clean studio in Kihei near Kalepolepo beach. Good beach amenities included and only a short drive to some of the best beaches on the south side. Would have loved to have a dishwasher available!

Good Location

For a first timer in Maui, we love this place. Our family love to relax and this spot is a good spot. PROS: Across from beach that has green turtle; less than 20 minutes from the airport; 1mile from stores and restaurant. Condo Provides beach supplies, cooking supplies, a lot of towels for few days and toiletries. CONS: Not walking distance to anything but the restaurant across the street. NEUTRAL: Laundry area - must download app

Easy to Get In/Out Of When Visiting Family

We decided to give the ʻohana a break this visit and stay in a rental. This location is on the edge of Kihei (South Kihei Road) so that you don't really interact much with the tourist crowds and you can take Kihei Road out to HI-380 to get where you need to go. This is a small apartment in a complex - very clean, comfortable. If you need things like beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. they have. Also, many kitchen tools to cook with (which we used for many meals) and electric stove/microwave. Also, there is a nice pool area where the keiki went to swim and I went lay under the big plumeria tree. Was very nice, I would recommend.
