The Space:
The apartment is located on 6th floor with elevator.

Bed setting as follows :

Bedroom 1 : 1x Queen size bed (sleep 2 adult)

Living Room (in Japan this is considered as bedroom) :

1x Large sofa bed ( sleeps 2 adult)

Total : 4 adult can sleep comfortably

House comes with:
+ Fridge, microwave
+ AC/heater
+ Washing machine
+ Clean sheets and Towels
+ Gas stove, cooking tools, washing detergent, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner
+ coffee and sugar

The Sofa bed and Japanese futons are all self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, futon mat, these are real Japanese style, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.

In my apartment, offer with 1 heater, plus each room offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need.
Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay

Guest Access:
You are able to access entire unit of my apartment so you do not need to worry to share with any other guests

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated in a quiet neighbourhood which is just 10 mins walk to Peace Park and Hondori shopping street. There are many restaurants, convenience stores nearby. It is good to walk around to explore and discover new things around the city.

Other Things to Note:
Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.
