Perfect small cabin

Perfect place for a couple and a few dogs. Opens up to the frisbee golf course and open fields and hiking trails in the community. Chinquapin is amazing!

Perfect & Relaxing

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to return in the fall. The cabin was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. We very much so enjoyed the screened in porch and exploring the community amenities. Close enough to town but far enough to truly disconnect and relax!

Perfect Spotless Cabin for two

My wife and I along with our lab, Hazle 100% enjoyed booking and lodging at this cabin. The place was immaculate and everything was top notch. Communication with the host couldn’t have been any better. The cabin was peaceful and the hiking in the immediate area was fantastic. We have stayed in a few different cabins in north Georgia however this was our first time exploring the Carolina mountains. We loved everything about our stay.

Great Stay! Perfect Place

Wonderful little cabin. Very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were in contact always to make sure our stay was flawless. The cabin is up the mountain in a wonderful community with some nice ammenities. Close to Cashiers, Sapphire and Highlands. This is a must stay for a single person or couple. Could be a bit small for a family. Enjoyed and would stay again.

Amazing!

Location: The cabin is situated within a private community not too far from food/shopping. It's not a remote cabin if you're looking to be completely isolated from other people but there's still enough space and privacy to have your own little uninterrupted vacation. For us and our 3 year old it was perfect! The neighbors we met are all very nice and the community has a lot of fun things to do (hiking trails, playground, pickleball, driving range, putting green, etc.).Cabin:The cabin itself is very well-maintained. It was clean, comfortable, everything worked, there's plenty of games, it has everything you need for cooking/eating, lots of natural light, situated next to a couple maintained trails. Even though it's only a one bedroom, there's plenty of space to spread out in the living room, screened in porch and open air deck. The furnishings are very nice and there was a binder full of helpful information. Owners: Can't say enough nice things about Amy and Rich! They were very friendly in ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. They were responsive if we had a question and even pointed us toward a couple waterfalls that were closer than some others we were finding on the internet and in the binder. Those waterfalls were the highlight of our outdoors experience and our 3 yr old (and dog) had no problem on the trail to them. Overall the weekend was amazing and I'm so happy we went with this property! We were so impressed by the home, the community, the owners and the amenities that my wife started talking about getting our own place there. We'd definitely come back!

Perfect getaway

Slice of Paradise

Short Anniversary getaway. Cabin was clean, neat, and so nice! The screened in porch was so peaceful and pleasant, enough so we were able to leave the doors open and have the cool breeze flowing thru the cabin during the day. Amazing place to stay in the absolutely stunning Chinquapin community nestled in the beautiful NC mountains. Only issue I have is after staying there now I want a home there!! The homeowner Amy was so pleasant and made sure we were completely happy with our stay. 5 Stars for sure and already looking when we can go back!

Great location, beautiful screened porch

We’ve been looking for a great location with a screened porch. 76 Campfire Trail is well maintained and the owners were welcoming and ready to answer every question. The cabin is situated at a lovely location near several other cabins. We never heard anything other than a few bunnies running around the cabin. The front room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were perfect. The screen porch was fantastic. We really enjoyed the cabin and found the area of Cashiers and Highlands to be perfect for a relaxing long weekend or mid-week escape.

A wonderful place

A wonderful place to get away from it all. Perfect for a couple. Dogs welcome! Access to great hiking without getting back into the car. A great mountain community. You are by yourself, but not alone. 15 minutes by car to restaurants and shopping. You will not be disappointed.

A Roller Coaster Ride

The cabin was beautiful just as described. The amenities were great, everything you need except clothes and food ( and there was some food stuff available). The owners were great, and immediately available by phone or text when you needed them. The mountains were beautiful but the drive is notorious. Be prepared for the narrow winding roads. You will have to go to back down the mountain to get groceries at Ingles (comparable to Harris Tetter). Also there are a few restaurants also down the mountain. So if you don't like going up and down the narrow winding roads, get enough grocery items to last. Cherokee was also nice but it was also off season. I hate to say, but we probably won't go back because the mountains just was our thing.

Peaceful relaxing

Cabin is the ideal layout perfect for getting away and taking in some mountain views. Set in the middle of a development where excellence is everywhere. Waterfalls and unlimited hiking. The walk to fishing lakes stocked with trout.

Mini-vacation

Great place to stay. Quiet, peaceful, along with a view. The house was very nice and cozy. Perfect place for a Mini-vacation. The pictures were accurate. Enjoyed sitting on the deck with a book or just to relax. Could stand a new mattress and an adjustment to the water pressure in the shower. The owners were quick to respond to questions we had. Appreciated their promptness. We'd certainly would go back without hesitation.

The perfect cabin for 2 (and a dog)

Pssst! Don’t tell anybody. But it doesn’t get any better than this in the Cashiers/Sapphire area of NC. Wonderful cabin with all the amenities you can ask for. Everything is like new and as clean a it can be. If you like to hike, bring your dog and hike to 5 waterfalls without ever getting into the car.

Mini-vacation

The house overall was very nice with accurate description and pictures. The area was so pretty and peaceful. We enjoyed our time just relaxing and hiking and sitting on the porch. We'd certainly go back. I would suggest a new mattress. The water pressure in the shower was weak. Everything else was spot on. The owners have done a great job and were there to answer any questions. We had a good mini-vacation.

Roller Coaster

The cabin was beautiful, just as it was described. There wasn't a lot to do, I guess we went just at the end of off season. The only draw back to this trip was the drive through the mountains. Prepare yourself for the very narrow and winding roads to get to the property and to Cashiers.
