Hi, most of what we found upon arrival was great, the space, the layout, the location, all good. What could be improved upon was the need to and the cost of hiring linen - it should be included. The impact of walking in the door and seeing partially repaired walls and grotty carpet going up the stairs, the oddity of a non working spa on the landing. Later we found things like crumbs on the bench, dirt on the floor, hairs in bathroom, no brush to clean toilet (ensuite). There was a lot of cobwebs and spiders in the outside areas. The pillows upstairs were either too thin or too thick. Only other thing was it wasn’t obvious which unit it was as you would expect unit 1 to be the front one, not that obvious that it’s the back one. The boys loved the giant tv and spacious couches in their own space.
