PERFECT KEY WEST WATERFRONT HOME accommodates up to 10!
Wonderful location this home is off main Gulf Blvd directly on the water with spacious pool! Located in the quiet Sunset Beach, southern point of Treasure Island. This tri-level home offers a place for everyone.

As you enter into the entry way, stairs will lead you up to the main interior of the home. A large open concept living- gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, large dining area and living room that opens to a large deck overlooking the waterway; see dolphins from your own home; Dine on the balcony, or rest in the shade of the trees.

This same main floor hosts 2 guest bedroom, 1 king bed and one bedroom with two seperate bunk beds and a full bathroom.; stairs lead to the third floor hosting 1 guest bedroom with queen bed and master suite. The master suite features a king bed, sitting area with television, the master has a balcony with direct views of waterway; large master bath; For the young teenagers, a bonus room offers large sofa and with walkout access to the pool area. Gas grill is on-site, beach chairs. Garage offers 1 car parking.

**Though this home is spacious, IT IS NOT available for hosting weddings or large celebrations beyond accommodation capacity. Must be 25 or older to reserve and must occupy property during entire reservation. An additional security damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation, refundable if no damage is reported.

Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.

This home needs a lot of work. It is very dirty. We ended up staying only one night out of the 7 nights that we had booked.

Bay Breeze House
This property was perfect for our extended family! From the pool in the back to the dock out to the bay to the short walk to the beach it was amazing! The beach could not have been better. It was not at all crowded and the water was great as well.

Thanksgiving week getaway
Awesome house and location for our two families to spend Thanksgiving week together. So close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and the waterfront views were so relaxing. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

Great family weekend
Great house for family get together. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock, beach just a block away. Hot tub great after we put the kids to bed. House in great location. Property was clean, we had plenty of towels, beach towels and toys for pool and beach. With small children it would have been nice to have rails for bunk beds. Would rent this house again,,

Perfect beach location
This home was perfect for our three families. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and the space was more than enough. The location of this home is absolutely perfect for beach time and pool time! The backyard and deck were the perfect settings for kids to play and swim. We caught lots of catfish from deck out back. We could see The kids well from the decks while they swam in the pool. Then after the pool Time We would walk across the street and go play in the ocean. The home had boogie boards, chairs, beach toys. It also had lots of rafts for the pool as well. All in all we could not have had a better vacation here. I would say on top of all the bonuses this house had... the location was the best part. It could not be in a better location. Perfect outdoor area plus beach across the street. And the beach across the street was never too busy. We would 100% stay here again. The only issue we had was with getting the tv working at first... the owner personally FaceTimed me to run me through the remote portions until we got it going. That’s pretty awesome service. Management was responsive as well. Highly recommend this spot. You cannot go wrong with this beauty home!! It’s perfect!!

Family vacation
Our family decided to take a 2 week vacation and happen to find this amazing property. The pictures and description were right on and the location could not be better. We caught several fish from the dock and it’s a very short walk to the beach. We saw dolphins and manatees often from the dock. The neighbors are awesome and even accepted an Instacart order when we weren’t home yet. We plan to visit this property more often.

Peaceful, Dolphins, Manatees, Spacious!
Two different families came together to celebrate the graduation of two from Eckerd College. This was a perfect house for a large group to be able to each find their own space and relax. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The pool deck spacious and well appointed. We loved the fire pit and the dock! It was easy to drop in our kayaks or paddleboards and explore the channels and just as easy to carry them a few blocks to the beach and play in the ocean. Every morning we sat on the deck drinking coffee and watched the manatees eating in the seagrass beds. Dolphins swam by at least once a day. A very welcoming and comfortable place - we all enjoyed it so very much!

Love this property! Love the views and location. The house was very clean and it was stocked with plenty of supplies, pot, pans, towels, etc. Would definitely go back!
