About this property

Welcome to our spacious, modernised, large fully equipped holiday home for families and large groups.
Enjoy being in such a handy location. Take a 2 minute walk to Cromwell Heritage Precinct and enjoy the shops, cafes and historical charm there or start on the bike trail and head around the lake. Walk into the heart of Cromwell with just a 10 minute walk. We have a playground, fields and school all within 1 minute.
Feel at home in our fully fenced five bedroom three storey house. Enjoy open plan living areas, a beautiful outdoor area with a bbq and even a movie theatre. Take a well earned rest and relax in the conservatory. The TVs have sky tv and Netflix available and enjoy the wifi as well.
Our house offers two beautiful master bedroom options both with walk in robes and super king beds. Another bedroom also has a great super king bed. Another two bedrooms, one with 2 sets of single bunk beds designed for kids and the other with 2 sets of king single bunk beds and 1 set of single bunks.
The home is heated and cooled with a heat pump and you can also keep on top of your washing in the laundry as well.
Linen is included in the price but beds are not made up. The sheets are left in the rooms for you or feel free to bring sleeping bags.

Absolutely beautiful

This beautiful home suited our needs perfectly for our two families 5 Adults 7 children we hardly seen our children either downstairs in the theatre room or gone for walks to the park. Everything was nice and close and in walking distance. We were lucky enough too have stunning weather during our stay so got too enjoy the outdoor dining and bbq area with friends and family. Very tidy, warm and cosy home. Didn’t worry us one bit that we had too make the beds only took a small amount of our time too make and I must say they were so comfy 🤗 Definitely satisfied with our stay 😊

The accommodation was excellent, centrally located to all facilities. Large and spacious

Clean, Tidy, Neat, great gardens, lots of room and space in common areas for large families such as ours on this occasion. Close to al amenities and very easy to find. Quite and off street parking.

Awesome Holiday

Beautiful spacious home!

We loved our stay here, very handy location for us doing the Dunstan trail. Would recommend bringing your own bedding as you have to make the beds anyway, and the sheets provided were not the best. Otherwise lovely home. Would benefit from a wee cobweb clean particularly downstairs in the bedrooms. Extremely well equipped and catered for the group of people we had. Would stay again.

Great house - perfect for our holiday!

We had a fantastic experience and exceeded all expectations. Perfect for a two-family getaway, the property was spacious and provided everything we needed. The living areas were roomy and inviting, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The location is ideal; close to the bike park and playgrounds, and still reasonably close to ski fields and larger towns. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Excellent place to stay

This house is awesome, with so much space and modern decoration. Its even got a cinema room! There is loads of space for a big group or family. Great location, walking distance to the Old town and the swimming spot by Lake Dunstan (straight down the end of the road). The only minor comment I have is in relation to young children; there are stairs and a couple of changes in ground level outside that could catch little ones out. But in saying that, my adventurous 2.5yo boy managed just fine!

Great golf getaway

The spot was perfect for a bunch of Dad’s to getaway for the weekend. Plenty of space outside for a BBQ and a beer and inside to watch the cricket on the big screen. Hopefully spot cleaned enough to be allowed back - thanks a plenty!

Fab House

House was perfect for 3 families. Plenty of rooms, plenty of space in lounge/kitchen and TV room, didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Well equipped kitchen, clean and tidy. Fabulous communication from owner. Absolutely perfect location, with short walk to Old Cromwell, and very close to school and a playground. Highly recommend.
