I love to share my slice of paradise with my guests. I make it my goal to ensure every guests feels welcome and has a unique memorable stay. We are 5 minutes from the Kepler Track. I enjoy sharing my knowledge on The Japanese practice of shinrin yoku, Forest Bathing, is good for both physical and mental wellbeing. It is proven to reduce stress hormone production, improve feelings of happiness and free up creativity, as well as lower heart rate and blood pressure, boost the immune system and accelerate recovery from illness. Helen, your hostess will look after you, leaving you free to relax and enjoy yourself in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. If horse riding is your passion, why not use Helen as your personal guide. I offers stunning scenic horse rides along Lake Te Anau and the Waiau River with stunning mountain backdrops. Ride along the edge of Fiordland National Park, New Zealand's largest World Heritage Area. Internationally recognized for its exceptional beauty and natural, untouched qualities, it has been showcased in the Oscar winning "Lord of the Rings" trilogy.
