les pieds dans l'eau

appartement idéalement situé avec une terrasse vue mer ainsi qu'une des chambres station balnéaire familiale loin des tumultes de la foule, endroit zen et reposant le jardin à l'arrière permet de profiter d'encore plus de calme les propriétaires sont charmants et d'une grande disponibilité nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique pour découvrir le Finistère sud ancien hôtel plein de charme et d'histoire a refaire sans hésiter

Point de rayonnement idéal

Urlaub im Finistère in der Bretagne

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit Blick auf den Atlantik und Rückzugsmöglichkeit in einen schönen Garten. Sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung! Der Ort ist in den Sommermonaten sehr quirlig: kleine Geschäfte, Märkte am Abend oder am Morgen, Strand in Fußnähe, Wandermöglichkeiten entlang des Atlantik, Spaziergänge auf den Wegen von Gaugin und anderen Malern. Und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um andere Orte in der Umgebung und die bretonische Kultur zu entdecken.

Urlaub in der Nachsaison

Leider waren fast alle Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten während unseres Aufenthaltes geschlossen, Le Pouldue ist für einen Urlaub in der Nachsaison nicht geeignet. Auch wir haben einen Kleiderschrank und eine Garderobe vermisst, obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren. Ebenso war in den Zimmern zu viel Dekoration auf den Kommoden und Tischen. Diese Wohnung ist definitiv nur für einen Urlaub mit 2 Personen geeignet.

Schöne Lage mit Meerblick

Ein sehr schönes, geschichtsträchtiges Objekt. In sehr schöner Lage. Etwas wenig Stauraum für Kleider. Für Kinder ungeeignet, da das Haus auch noch von anderen Mietern bewohnt wird. Ideal für ältere Personen.

Tolle Lage, charmante Wohnung

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der gemütlichen Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage mit dem Meerblick fanden wir toll. Zwischen Meer und Wohnung liegt noch eine kleine Straße, aber die hat uns gar nicht gestört. Wir fanden es gut, ein bisschen vom Leben mitzubekommen. Und nachts war es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit vielen Bilder und alten Möbeln. Der Nachteil daran war, dass nicht viel Platz war, um die Kleidung zu verstauen, die Kommoden waren klein.. Unsere Kinder mussten ihre Koffer benutzen, wir auch zum Teil. Die Gastgeber und auch der Terrassennachbar waren sehr nett. Le Pouldue und die ganze Umgebung fanden wir wunderschön und wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Tolle Lage und schönes Ambiente

Wir haben 3 Wochen in diesem schönen Appartement sehr genossen - Kaffee im Bett mit Meerblick, später das Frühstück auf der sonnigen Terrasse vor dem Haus (mit Meerblick) und nach einem langen Strandtag den Grillabend auf der Gartenterrasse (mit kleinem Meerblick). Die Lage ist phantastisch und trägt ebenso wie die stilvolle Einrichtung des Appartements sehr zur positiven Urlaubsstimmung bei. Der große Esstisch am Fenster ermöglicht Mahlzeiten bei kühleren Temperaturen ebenfalls mit Meerblick. Wobei man sagen muss, dass die Kücheneinrichtung nicht wirklich auf Selbstversorger abzielt. Es gibt nur zwei winzige und einen megagroßen Topf, unzureichende Servierschüsseln und ein buntes Sortiment von nicht zusammenpassenden Gläsern, Tassen und Besteck (dafür aber eine Grundausstattung an Tee, Kakao, Essigen und Gewürzen). Die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern, Bademänteln, Duschbädern und Putzmitteln ließ keine Wünsche offen, ebenso die großen und bequemen Betten. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön und dekorativ mit Bildern und Kerzenleuchtern (auch wenn wir mit den vielen 50 Kissen nicht wussten wohin), die antiken Sofas und Sessel aber nicht wirklich komfortabel. Wir hatten zum Glück drei Wochen super Wetter und konnten draußen im Liegestuhl sitzen. Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit (auf Anfrage wurde sofort ein zweiter Deckchair herbeigezaubert und wir bekamen selbstgefangene Crevetten geschenkt), dabei aber diskret und unaufdringlich. Der Strand einige Stufen unterhalb des Hauses ist nicht so sehr schön, taugt aber für ein schnelles Morgenbad in den Fluten. Der nächste richtig schöne, große und flache Strand ist aber nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt und war zu keiner Zeit überlaufen. Ein Bäcker ist schräg gegenüber, zwei kleine, nette Restaurants zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen; für größere Einkäufe fährt man 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Einziges wirkliches Manko in unseren Augen war die Anordnung der Räume: das erste (größere) Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zum 2. Schlafzimmer, an welchem angeschlossen sich das Bad mit der einzigen Toilette befindet. Von diesem 2. SZ aus hat man vom Bett aus einen tollen Meerblick. Das Appartement ist Teil einer Hausgemeinschaft, d.h. man teilt die große Terrasse vor dem Haus und sie dient ebenfalls als Durchgang zur (nicht sehr viel befahrenen Einbahn-)Straße. Uns hat es nicht gestört, weil man mit den Nachbarn auch das ein oder andere Schwätzchen halten kann und der Garten komplett privat ist.

Appartement conforme à la description, très bien placé ( proche commerces et plages ) . Bien équipé. Terrasse et jardinet très sympa . Seul bémol, très peu de place à l’intérieur pour ranger ses affaires.

Hervorragende Lage

Die Lage mit unterbautem Blick auf das Meer ist wunderbar. Bäckerei um weitere Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Strand über Treppe (nach Überqueren der Straße) unmittelbar erreichbar. Schöne Küstenwanderungen direkt ab Wohnung möglich. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist unkompliziert. Insgesamt sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Situation exceptionnelle de ce logement

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement idéalement situé face à la mer. Quel bonheur de voir la mer de son lit! Jardin adorable! Nous avons pu profiter au maximum du beau temps. Les propriétaires sont charmants.

Parfait !

Logement très bien situé, au rez de chaussée d'un ancien hôtel mais independant, c'est comme une maison. Emplacement très calme et appreciable. Très belle vue sur la mer, nous avons profité de la dernière journee ensoleillée de l'année 29/12...et déjeuné sur la terrasse ! Rien a dire sur le confort des lits et des équipements, très bon accueil également des propriétaires. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Le Poldou - Küstenwege und Meer

Wir waren zwei Wochen in Dinard und wollten zum Abschluss noch eine andere Ecke der Bretagne entdecken. Le Poldou hat uns überrascht mit den Küstenpfaden . direkt ab der Ortsmitte. Man brauchte kein Auto. Die Umgebung ist interessant, Von der Wohnung hatte man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Zum Baden hatte man einen kurzen Weg. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr gut im Schuss. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht uns in jeder Hinsicht zu helfen. Es gab ausreichend Gartenmöbel - vor dem Haus mit Blick auf das Meer und auch hinter dem Haus, Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet mit neuen bzw. gut erhaltenen Geräten. Neben Kühlschrank war auch ein kleiner Gefrierschrank vorhanden.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ghyslaine qui est une propriétaire attentionnée. Le logement correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Il est confortable, très bien équipé, et idéalement situé. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous avec nos enfants de 3 et 1 an. Le lit et chaise bébé nous ont été mis à disposition . À noter que les deux chambres sont en enfilade (chambre enfant puis chambre parents avec salle de bain), et qu’il n’y a pas de volets, ce qui ne nous a pas particulièrement dérangé. Nous recommandons vivement !

Super séjour dans un charmant appartement

Tout y est pratique et surtout empreint du charme de l'ancien hôtel : on a l'impression d'y séjourner. Le mobilier patiné y contribue largement. C'est également très vitré donc très lumineux ce qui fait que même par mauvais temps, on profite de la vue incroyable sur la mer. Monsieur et Madame Witté ont à coeur d'accueillir leurs locataires avec soin et c'est très très agréable. Le contact avec eux est facile et sympathique. On peut même apprendre de l'histoire du lieu à leur contact. Ils ont constitué un livret avec des photos anciennes qu'on peut feuilleter dans l'appartement. Bref, chouette lieu, chouette rencontre !
