Great room, poor proptery
The accommodations and appliances are very nice and more than adequate. The rooms are great. Having two bathrooms is very convenient. The problems are with the property. There is ongoing construction which is noisy and an eyesore. The view has been compromised by a construction pit with mud, debris and heavy equipment. The internet is too slow and the TV selection is clumsy. We are not streaming and it’s difficult to find a channel line up with local news and weather.

Great Ski Vacay!
Lovely 1 bedroom stay, close to the Deer Valley East Village and Jordanelle Gondola. Place was clean, had all the comforts of home, bed was comfy, and the kitchen stocked with everything you need. Super convenient that there is ski rental shop downstairs! Highly recommend dinner at the Back 40, just a few miles down the freeway. Parking garage was convenient, game room just off the garage had everything you need to play the games. Thanks again!

Mountain/Lake Escape
We had such a fun time staying here! It was clean and within minutes of both mountain activities, hiking, biking and exploring to Jordanelle! My boys loved playing at the lake and also the pool located on the property. it was really nice to have a garage to park in as well. The property was perfect and we look forward to staying here again :)

Lodge at Stillwater
A friend and I spent 4 nights here while skiing at Park City and Deer Valley. We found the unit was great for the little time we were there. Up early for parking spaces and skiing until the lifts closed. This spot was great for the Jordanelle Gondola area but to get a spot we had to be there around 8 am. We didn't cook in the unit and only had breakfast there but seemed to have everything you would need. my only complaint would be lack of sheets for the pullout sofa. I could only find a second mattress protector and a comforter but I still slept well having been worn out from the day.Our weather was perfect. Clear days. The underground parking would also be a plus if there was snow. Didn't take advantage of the other amenities but the game room looked like fun. I would recommend this unit for it's convenient location to Deer Valley.

The property is clean and well located. The mattress on the bed and the sofa bed are lumpy and after several days of skiing not comfortable. The management was quickly responsive with directions on how to reignite the pilot light on the fireplace.

House Hunters Park City
We spent a long weekend in Park City to look at vacation properties. Though we did not want to buy in the location we stayed at (for a lot of specific reasons), the unit was great, well maintained, well stocked, and clean. The bedroom ceiling fan didn't work, which was a bummer because we like the airflow even in winter. Otherwise a great stay, though a 4pm check in js a bit late.

Great location/close drive to Deer Valley Ski resort. Little traffic in the morning. Fantastic clean condo. Building needs another elevator so don't need to walk so far after getting off. Overall, great value for a ski condo.

No living room curtains
Photo of unit shows blinds but none in living room where pull out couch is. Several maintenance issues. In addition to lack of privacy with window coverings, master bedroom ceiling fan light would not illuminate. Kitchen sink cabinet door hinge not secure, thermostat would not adjust-was excessively warm. Wall clock in living room didn’t work, kitchen counter top clock also inoperative. Master bath shower seal broken at bottom - several scuffs on wall and trim by front door - mirror in master bath bottom right corner had large chip. Ski rental facility in condo building was Convenient and not busy. Indoor garage parking was especially nice. Good view- good location with easy access. Across the street from deer valley resort on hwy 40. Price was reasonable for park city. It was also nice to have laundry in condo unit and kitchen was nicely equipped and modern. My biggest complaint are lack of curtains. We did not use hot tub and pool was closed for winter. Location is not congested like park city. Would stay at Stillwater again. Condo really only comfortable for two people.

I am a very well rated VRBO guest. This property was terrible. The physical unit was fine and was as advertised but the property was terrible. First they were in the midst of repainting the entire hallway. The fumes were terrible, so much so it triggered the file alarm on the first day. The noise was excruciating. It resulted in the elevators not working. The hallway was filthy with dust and other materials. One day the number on our unit was covered up and we had to rip the paper off the wall to make sure we were at the right unit. The Wi-Fi didn’t work for one full day. There was no real blanket on the bed, rather a dust cover that had numerous stains. We had very few towels. We had trouble getting into the unit, even though I advised that we would be there between 3-4pm. That was acknowledged by the property manager. The garage had few parking spaces because of all the contractor trucks. I would never recommend this place. We are building a home in Park City and have been coming to the area for 20 years. This was sub par given that it was across from Mayflower.

The property was clean and accurately described. The price was good and during ski season there is limited availability. The drive to Park City and Deer Valley is not bad but I would rather be closer. This unit is a "hike' down the hall from the elevator. Be prepared. Nice underground parking.

Beautiful Condo 3rd floor condo
It is a very clean comfortable condo. If you want to use the elevator from the parking garage, just be aware it's a long walk to the condo. If you're traveling light or just would like the stairs, park your vehicle right after entering the garage, take the stairs and it's a short walk. Also should say asterisk or star instead of pound. It is beautiful with a beautiful kitchen. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner without a problem.

Quiet Getaway
We enjoyed ourselves! Decor was lovely and we enjoyed ping pong and the hot tub. Bed was comfortable and property was easy to find. Management also very quick with helping us with door code upon arrival! Eagles in their nest just outside the property was a fun find too! Thank you!
