This updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa, located in the prestigious, world-class Palmetto Dunes resort, makes for the ideal golfer's stay or vacation retreat! Imagine staying in this immaculately clean, light-filled villa and entertaining on your private deck with amazing views of the Fazio Golf Course! This golf course-oriented villa is just a short walk to some of the best beaches on Hilton Head Island and is situated in the Inverness community with its three on-site clay tennis courts, a beautiful pool, and an 11-mile lagoon. 

This home away from home includes a chef's kitchen complete with quartz countertops, a large dining area with ample seating for all, and a sunny breakfast nook! There is also a cozy table outside for morning coffee or cocktails in the afternoon and a grill for evening meals on a private patio that overlooks the golf course and lagoon. Upstairs you will find the spacious Master bedroom with king-sized bed including an en suite bathroom and a private balcony, and an additional bedroom complete with a full-sized bed and a twin bed, with a second full bath located in the hallway. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with a queen-sized bed and full bath in the hallway.  Televisions equipped with cable are found in each bedroom as well as the main living area. Cozy linens, towels, and starter amenities are included with your stay. The spacious main level living area is open and inviting providing comfortable seating and ample space to relax or entertain family and friends!

Inverness Village offers a private saltwater pool, toddler pool, and sundeck for relaxing or fishing on the 11-mile lagoon. There is also a dock for kayak access on the 11-mile lagoon system. Adjacent to the pool are three new private Har-Tru tennis courts that are easy to reserve and free for owners or guests. Inverness is one of the only properties in Palmetto dunes with its own tennis courts.

Beach access at Disney Resort is a 5-minute bike ride from the villa. Parking is available on a first come first park basis. You also have FREE access to the Palmetto Dunes Buggy during your stay - offered April - September. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy provides air-conditioned courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove and is just a phone call away! Palmetto Dunes offers three world-class golf courses, miles of bike paths, Outdoor Outfitters for renting all of your vacation needs from bikes, kayaks to beach chairs and beach umbrellas, the General Store, restaurants and is close to shopping and grocery stores. Don't forget to visit The Dunes House oceanfront bar and grill during your visit - it is one of our favorite stops in Palmetto Dunes!

Overlooking the golf course and steps away from the beach and the bicycle path, this is the perfect family vacation, golf group outing, or weekend getaway. 

The pool is open daily from sunrise to sunset from April 1st to October 31st.

Parking Pass information: Stays over 7 nights will incur an additional charge. 
***IMPORTANT***No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the home or move it from one room or floor to another. NO RV's, sprinter vans or shuttles. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured. Only Inverness parking passes are permitted in Inverness parking lot. Other vehicles with passes from different complexes are subject to a citation or tow.

Guest Access:
Keycode access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during your stay. Parking pass must be displayed in the vehicle throughout your stay in Palmetto Dunes. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per villa.

The Neighborhood:

Also, from April - October, call for Palmetto Dune's free transportation, the Dunes Buggy, from your home or villa to the beach, restaurants, the General Store or Shelter Cove and enjoy all the amenities that Palmetto Dunes has for you!  Enjoy easy days relaxing in the sun, sand and surf on some of the best beaches in the country. Get into the swing of things with 24 world class golf courses and 350 tennis courts, and experience our rich and vibrant history. Getting Around:
The villa is located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes Resort's Inverness Village. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. Palmetto Dunes has miles of bike paths, sidewalks and lagoon access for kayaking! The mid-island location is close to restaurants, shopping and the beach by vehicle or The Dunes Buggy shuttle service seasonally.

Other Things to Note:
Palmetto Dunes Resort does not permit RV's, Shuttles, or trailers. No logo or commercial signage vehicles permitted overnight.

Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
