The breakfast bar is wonderful to enjoy friends and family while preparing a meal. Large glass doors enter to the back deck with rocking chairs to appreciate the view. A lower level on one end of the house has another living area with bar. The master bedroom has a king on the main floor. Second bedroom has a queen on the main floor. The third bedroom, on the lower level, has a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. A half bath is also on the main floor. This home is located between Cashiers and Highlands. Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $500 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
