Good place to stay

This is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Be prepared to bring everything you need to cook. It is a barebones kitchen. The only pantry items were coffee filters and some salt and pepper. Enough detergent for 1 load in the dishwasher. No more. They charge for a pass to let you through the gate.

Great house- NEED TO UPDATE MATTRESSES

The property was great and my family had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, the two master suites (king bedroom and queen bedroom) mattresses were almost un-sleepable due to the poor quality in the springs jamming into your back throughout the night.

Great house and great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. It’s in a very safe neighborhood and just 15-20 minutes from the Disney parks. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Highly recommended.

We loved it here!

The neighborhood was beautiful and the amenities at the clubhouse were great! The house itself was exactly as described, it was honestly way more house than we needed for 4 but we got a ton of use out of the pool and enjoyed playing air hockey. We loved seeing the armadillos and a heron around the neighborhood as well, not something we ever see back home. Highly recommended!

Great Location

This property has lots of space, and is close to Disney. Check in was easy and the property manager was excellent to work with. Everything that you need is included. Would definitely stay here again.

Emerald Island Resort

We really enjoyed our stay at this property at Emerald Island Resort. The property was clean and beautiful. There was a minor ant issue, but that might be a Florida thing.

Praceful stay

Very spacious. We pool area was very clean. Master bedroom need a new mattress. Needs new cookware. Bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. Nice neighborhood. I wouls stay again if they replace the msdter bedroom mattress

Home in Kissimmee

Our stay was great! So much space to spread out. The beds are a bit uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. It was so nice to have our own pool! The pool was very dirty when we got there and I emailed the management and the pool company was there the next day and it was nice and clean for the rest of our trip! I would definitely recommend this property.

Spacious and clean!

First off, the space of this house at this price?! Yes please! Our family of 5 (ranging 10yro to 40yro) fit in so nicely! We had full days planned but spent our evenings together at the house. 2 living rooms for down time, the adults had space and the kids had space to play games or watch a movie. Our family played countless games of pool and air hocky and had a few swims in the outside pool as well. The house was very clean and orderly. Departure instructions were short and effortless. The only thing I'll say that was unexpected was how secure the community is. Which is great but you have to purchase an access pass to get in. Not the hosts fault just something to be aware of.

Perfect for families

The property had plenty of space for our group of 7, which included 3 adults and 4 kids. The bedrooms were nice and the twin beds were very comfortable. The queen and king beds were not as comfortable and the beds wobble and squeak with every move. The frames may just need an adjustment, but the mattresses are likely due for an upgrade. The house could use some new cookware, as the Teflon coated pans were all scraped up. I also did not find any baking sheets, pizza pan, glass baking dishes etc. anywhere. Fortunately I have family nearby so we made it work by borrowing things from them. The kids really enjoyed the pool even though it was chilly, it was only averaging in the 60’s outside during our stay. The kids also had a lot of fun using the air hockey table and pool table and spent a great deal of time out in the garage area. I would suggest maybe having some checkers, cards or boardgames available. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the property! We loved the location and the amenities available in the home and at the resort. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others as well.

OVER PRICED FOR BROKEN FURNITURE

The house seemed very nice until we actually stayed on the property, i went to vaccum and the coffee table completely fell down, rips and tears in furniture, all screen doors were broken and couldnt use them, blinds had fallen apart and kept falling down, the toilet in 2nd bathroom was leaking fairly bad to where we had used 2 towels and was ringing them out 6-7 times a day. contacted them about it and said someone would be out and 3 days later still no one to fix issues. lets not forget that all remotes were missing the back and all batteries died except one remote. the fridge smelled old and mildewy. cabinets were all stuck and had to pry them apart. beds were all wore out, very uncomfortable to sleep in. the money i spent on THE PLACE I SHOULD HAVE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES. IT SADDENS MY HEART TO KNOW THAT I SPENT MY TIME, MONEY AND VACATION TO GO THROUGH HELL, AND WE WERE ALREADY THERE CONSIDERING OUR TRIP WAS FOR A FUNERAL AND FAMILY VACATION. NOT HAPPY

Good overall, the master bed frame is very wobbly. If there is 2 people in the bed and they move it feels like the beds going to break. There were bugs but they were good to get people out to spray and to fix things.

Amazing value

I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals in Kissimmee and this is by far the best bang for your buck. House was clean, roomy, comfortable, and in an amazing community. We couldn’t have asked for anything better for our family. We will definitely plan on staying here again!! Communication was great. Thanks for your hospitality!!!

Locaction is very good: close to everything, theme parks, restaurants, grocery. House is big enough for everybody and you get to have your own private swimming pool and game room: an air hockey and billiards. Only down side: called for some property issues they never call back or email

June vacation

This house is located in Emerald Island Resort, a gated community. We arrived on a Friday night, and the line to check in was LONG. The same was true on Saturday night. Once we checked in and got the gate key card, coming and going from the resort was easy. The house is very spacious; there was plenty of room for our family of 5. The pool in the back of the house was great. The kitchen was well supplied with plates, utensils, and serving dishes. Only one pack of dishwasher detergent was provided, and one pack of laundry soap, so if you are planning a longer stay, you will need to stock up! We loved the pool table. Each room has a TV, plus there is one in each of the living rooms as well. The air conditioning worked great. There was a selection of books, and about 10 kids' movies. A few other items: 1- the king size bed is squeaky. 2- the pool and back of the house face other backyards, and some of the neighbors were up late. It didn't bother me, but it might bother others if they are light sleepers. 3- there are only vertical blinds in the master bedroom, so the room is pretty light in the morning. The Four Corners area is really busy- lots of traffic most days. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our needs.
