Welcome to Sunny Poipu Beach! This hawaiiana Kiahuna Plantation is a great place to kick your feet up after a long day's adventure! Relax on your private lanai overlooking the garden while being steps to the sand. Surf spots, long walks and lifeguarded beach are at your fingertips. Fast 200mgb Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, free parking, 24 hour no hassle check in with key-card, king size bed, full bathroom and oversized lanai with dining table and lounge chairs on the lanai too.

The Bedroom has a comfortable King size bed to ensure a good night's rest.This unit has mini split air conditioner in the living room that cools off the entire unit. The living room is complete with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests (4 total). In the living room you'll also find cable TV to relax after a day's adventure. Very cute place in Poipu

The place was as described and very cute. It has all the amenities that you need and an excellent location. It was only about a 5 min drive to a wonderful, calm beach. The property was gorgeous, especially the area where you pick up the beach towels. The lock to the patio was broken when we arrived and they were very gracious and expeditious in installing a new one for us. The communication with them for that issue was very good. Our only gentle recommendation is to give the place a really good deep cleaning—furniture, bathroom, shower and curtains, etc. I understand how difficult it would be to keep it clean, especially when guests come home dirty from the beach, but the visible dirt of past guests made it slightly uncomfortable. Other than that, the place was wonderful. We were also lucky that the roosters were not very loud! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great value, excellent location

The property management is outstanding and responsive (like, amazing!) We really appreciated the way they made things better--like coming back and re-cleaning the floors--and the way they responded to our mistakes (a broken coffee carafe was replaced by 6:50AM the next morning, WOW!) The location of this condo is exceptional--a few minutes to both of the best, easiest beaches in Po'ipu to swim, surf, hang out. One warning--if you sleep lightly, the traffic noise from Po'ipu Road is very loud if you want the

The location, amenities, and access to the beaches of this property was great. Having beach chairs and beach equipment was wonderful. The kitchen was a very small and difficult for two people to work in. Overall it was a pleasure to be in this property.

Great location, within walking distance of the beach. Condo was clean and comfortable. Boogie boards and beach chairs were in the unit. The main road was close, but never heard traffic once in the condo.

Nicely updated and close to beaches

Condo was newly updated as the pictures show. Bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels for two people. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glasses etc. The only thing missing was a baking dish (if you need to bake). The AC unit was nice to have at night. This unit is closer to the road, but we felt the road noise was not bad (I am a very light sleeper). You could hear footsteps above but that is typical pretty much anywhere. It was super close to multiple beaches and places to eat.

Nice, comfortable condo for two (not four)

Very pleasant condo with AC and nicely appointed. Very little privacy so ok for a couple but not four people. Located within a very nice condo complex but this particular unit is a little far from the beach and close to the main road. Neither were a problem for us but might not be for everyone. Mostly well-equipped kitchen but a few essentials missing (coffee filters, ice cube trays, baking ware). Toilet had an internal leak so it kept running off and on, and light over stove was out. Called property manager but he wasn't super helpful. The greeter who came was very nice and helpful. Gave us a great, detailed map of the area (much appreciated!) and explained everything to us.

Perfect location, lovely stay

We booked this place because of its proximity to the Marriott, where we had family staying. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. AC kept the place nice and cool, and Wi-Fi allowed me to get some work done first thing in the morning. The only little glitch was the living room ceiling fan light kept turning on randomly in the middle of the night. We got a good laugh out of it but couldn’t figure out how to adjust the programming (if it was that) and just settled that the thing was possessed. Overall great unit, perfect location in Poipu and would definitely stay again.

Nice clean condo

Nice place. Short walk to nice beaches and access to the pool. Had boogie board and some other things available for us. Would have been nice to have a little more communication about the area and amenities and such available from the hosts. Otherwise, good trip!

Perfect for our vacation

This condo was nicely updated and the perfect size for our 5-day stay. Perfect location close to everything. The pool at the athletic club was fantastic. The only issue was that the Wifi was a little unstable at times. Otherwise, everything was great!

Nice unit in a great location

I spent 9 days in the unit and thoroughly enjoyed myself. It’s perfect for one or two individuals but would be tight for two more. The location, Kiahuna Plantation, is great, and the unit is well stocked. Communication with the property management company was excellent. Although I didn’t use it much, the condo does have an A/C unit in the living room.

Couch cushion odor...

It took us two days to figure out where the smell was coming from. It turned out to be the cushions on the couch. A kitchen cupboard was broken (a note was left saying that it was going to be repaired), so the utensils were kept out on the counter. Relative to the couch situation, it was a minor, unsightly problem. Checking in and the management of this rental was made easy. Other than that, this particular unit was mediocre at best.
