Identification | Identification is requested by guests to eliminate the chance of receiving a false booking and to be able to have the guest’s information if it becomes required. A copy is required via message or email however a video call can also be arranged to sight the identification. If a copy is made, the identification is held until the completion of the booking and inspection of premises post-checkout. Details including date of birth and identification number can be obscured once verified.
Agreement | An agreement between the guest and the host, for the duration of your stay, will be provided prior to your stay and primarily includes the following: Host and Body Corporate Operational Guidelines, Disclosure of Personal Information, Damage, Protection, Security Deposits and Fees.
Check-ins | 1pm; an earlier check-in may be organised with the host.
Check-out | 10am; a late check-out may be organised with the host.
