- BEACH - 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive , 5 minute drive to the surf beach
This is a 6 bedroom home that is perfect for 2 separate families of one very large family
Comfortably sleeps 14 people with 1 Queen bed and 2 Double/ Single bunks - upstairs
2 Queens beds and 2 single downstairs. Additional Queen size sofa bed downstairs in lounge area

Why they chose this property
This is our family beach house, we have spent years enjoying the beauty of Inverloch during summer. Our children enjoyed years of sun sand beach and fun.
The house comprises of two separate dwellings. One house upstairs which is for family use, and the bottom house that is for our Stayz.
6 BEDROOM HOUSE
Both are complete 3 bedroom homes, with one bathroom each and a kitchen each. The houses are situated on a really large 1000sq block of land, with lots of greenery.
The house is double brick downstairs and although not airconditioned it remains cool in summer, even on the hottest days. We have provided fans and have 2 portable heaters. The house also remains warm when the temperature drops.
The upstairs has reverse cycle air conditioning.
The walk to the beach is approximately 10-15 mins or 2 mins by car. 5 mins to the Inverloch surf beach by car. It is a 10 minute walk in to the center of town or a 2 minute drive.
The house is very clean and comfortable.
