Conveniently located between Main Street and Wine Road 290, Stay Awhile is the perfect couples retreat decked out in modern furnishings. The open concept living and dining area combines comfort and luxury and has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal or enjoy the Smart TV from the comfy sofa. Just outside on the spacious private patio, wind down after a beautiful day in the Hill Country with a glass of wine. The private bath offers upscale finishes and plenty of room to get ready for the day. At night, retreat to the king bedroom adorned with a shiplap accent wall and furnished with crisp white linens. “Stay Awhile” and enjoy all this newly constructed suite has to offer.

This condo is very private, pretty, and in a perfect location for access to Main Street and the wineries. LBJ State Park is close, too. I would recommend this place, for sure.

Great trip great location. Only small glitch when we arrived the code would not allow us in the unit. Had to call the host and tried to trouble shoot but no luck. We had to wait for them to bring us out an actual key.No biggie. Just have to wait about 15 minutes. All in all will stay there again.

Fredericksburg lodging best yet!

This lodging was the best that we have had in 8 trips to Fredericksburg. The unit was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with every amenity that one would need on any stay. We will stay here again for sure!

A lovely getaway weekend

We spent Friday & Saturday night there and had a wonderful time. The house was spotless and very comfortable. It was well stocked and had everything we could have needed. It was a short drive to main Street and easy to find. We will definitely be back!

This exceeded all of my expectations. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that did not have the number of amitites that this cozy room offered. This is the most efficient use of a small square footage. We will come back next year.

Enjoyed our time there.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Location was great for our purposes. I would like to offer some constructive suggestions/critiques. I had a bath towel that was stained with someone's makeup; the next door neighbor played the outdoor tv extremely loud until I asked for the second time to turn it down after midnight. Measuring spoons and serving pieces would be a nice addition in the kitchen and most importantly, instructions using the tv. We could never find real live tv to watch football games on saturday afternoon. That was very frustrating. Called for help, but no one knew how to use it.

Great place!

This was our first time at "Stay Awhile" and it was such a nice surprise. They provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay, beds and bedding were very comfy and there were cream, eggs, butter, drinks in the fridge and over and above bathroom amenities such as plenty of shampoo, body wash and even soothing under eye patches. The home is very clean, fully stocked and furnished beautifully...will definitely be staying again on our annual trip to Fredericksburg. Recommend it highly!
